Had my weigh in this morning...
weight loss so far: 14.5lbs
weight loss this week: 2.5lbs
new total weight loss: 17lbs
Very happy with this
I did miss WI last week so it is over 2 weeks. I think once you get past the stone mark is when it really starts to feel like u have lost alot, and people start to notice.
Only 2.5lbs off my 10% weightwatchers target and 3lbs off being in the 20s. I cant go to my usual meeting for 2 weeks now as Im in london next weekend and hoping to do a car boot the week after. I may try to find a saturay weigh in for the week after as 3 weeks till the next WI is such a long time. Aiming for 3 lbs to get me into the 20s
I have never been able to keep at loosing weight for so long ans loose so much before so I just want to thank you all for your encouragement, inspiration and advice.0 -
Great work giggles good luck with the next 3 lbs

thanks ladies

Im finding my frame of mind has changed too. Im at that stage now where Im thinking 'Wow Ive come so far... no way am I messing it up now' whereas I always thought that the more weight I lost the more I would feeel feel likw I could 'cheat; because Id lost weight anyway. Isnt it weird how doing well acting encourages you to do well!?
Just sat down to actually figure out what I want to loose too. Ive never really worked it out properly as I jsut wanted to make a start at first.
To get to my goal weight I need to loose 48.5lbs. However once I get there I think I want to aim for 58.5lbs. But at the moment I am going to aim for the WWs goal and access how my body is then
so.... 17/48.5 gone

:T Well done Giggles - great result :T You seem as though you have got your head in the right place atm - long may it stay there eh :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:As you say we are here for each other to offer support or a virtual 'kick up the bum' should it be needed.
Took out annual membership at gym yesterday and got another two months free. It's just had a major refit and wow that equipment is amazing - so I will have to make sure I get my moneys worth.
Had to go and get some new trainers to 'celebrate' joining gym - well I couldn't turn up in my old tatty ones - could I
. Never thought that this time last year - I would still be going to gym now - thought I would have packed in long ago.
My friend and I have been looking at weight charts to see how much more we have to loose before we get into the 'overweight' range instead of obese - it's depressing - not thinking about it.
Good luck with your weigh ins girlsSPC NO 041STARTED SW 04/14 - TARGET 05/16 - TOTAL LOSS 10ST 3.5LBS :dance:0
