Isn't it strange how we all seem to sabotage ourselves when we get closer to our goal weights. I've taken my eye off the ball - BIL and wife are coming over from Oz and we're all going away for a week, lots of meals out etc. so I'm not going to stress and enjoy the 3 weeks they're here for and get back into it when they leave. I'll keep popping by so you're not getting rid of me just yet0

Morning girls
Well its a 'maintain' for me this week. Most meals have been fine its what goes on in between thats the problem. I am trying really hard to get my good head back on but it is just so so hard as you all know. I agree with you Pep on the sabotage thing. I think I have got a bit too complacent as I feel fine, can get clothes (ok not as small as they could be) so I think I need a good kick up the bum to get back on track.
Went to aerobics on Mon night - well. Walked in to what seemed like a sea of young lycra clad females so me and my friend (another unfit oldie) decided we would hide at the back - forgetting of course that we would end up in a different direction and then we would be at the front :rotfl::rotfl: Well we have booked another aerobics session for tonight - so watch this space.
Enjoy your time with your family Pep - don't worry you will soon get back into things.
Take care everyone.SPC NO 041STARTED SW 04/14 - TARGET 05/16 - TOTAL LOSS 10ST 3.5LBS :dance:0 -
Blue - What about buying an item of clothing that you really love but in the next size down from you as an incentive. Try it on every Monday and it'll remind you to be good that week.0

Oh dear - its another maintain I'm afraid this week. Never mind I'm staying positive and trying to get back into gear.
Noted your suggestion Pep and certainly well worth a thought. I have just bought a new mac as I was desperate for a new coat but could probably still do with a slightly dressier winter coat should I ever get whisked off anywhere thats a little bit posher than Mr M's or Mr.T's :rotfl::rotfl:Reluctant to spend too much on clothes though as I really really would like to get down further.
Had to get measured for new bra and I've dropped a cup size since I was measured last time :j :j
Hope you are all ok and still on the losing track.SPC NO 041STARTED SW 04/14 - TARGET 05/16 - TOTAL LOSS 10ST 3.5LBS :dance:0 -
Hi All.
Well im stuck lol. After losing my stone, i have lost nothing in over 2 weeks. Im trying different meals etc, so hopefully this may help.

Morning ladies - hoping everyone is ok as things seem to have gone very quiet.
Well heres this weeks figures and i'm going to try and get back to posting each week as I think i've got a bit lost off
Weight 21/9/11 - 14st 7lbs
Loss since June 2011 - 7st 13lbs
Think i've probably lost just over a 1lb this week - thank goodness there has been a bit of downward movement - I seems as though i've been messing around and 'treading water' for ages.
It is a bit depressing when you stick ilovepugs but then I try to tell myself at least its better than a gain but it is hard especially when you know you have 'been good' - I'm sure you will be rewarded this week.
Got some jeans Pep in size 16 (ok they do have some stretch) but I can get into them - I know its only one item but I suppose its heading in the right direction.
Good luck everyone.SPC NO 041STARTED SW 04/14 - TARGET 05/16 - TOTAL LOSS 10ST 3.5LBS :dance:0 -

Would be lovely to lose a stone for christmas.
