If you have been fairly good ilovepugs and still had a gain I would hazard a guess and say it will probably be a short lived one and you will soon shift that plus some. Watch this space eh ....:)
Quite like the idea of the wishlish Giggles. My wish for the month is to loose 4lbs
Been to aerobics tonight - hate going back out on these dark nights but the class isn't too bad once I've got there and then I can sit back when I get home and feel quite virtuous.:D
Have had a reasonable day food wise today so heres hoping for a loss on wednesday.

Weight 28/9/11 - 14st 7lbs
Weight 5/10/11 - 14st 8.5lbs
Loss this week - -1.5lbs :eek:
Loss since June 2011 - 7st 11.5lbs
Only myself to blame. Have probably been getting away with eating a little bit more with exercising but its now saying eh you haven't done that much exercise and resulted in a gain. Feel a bit fed up but at the end of the day - I've only got myself to blame.
Right - onwards and downwards as they say.

Can't bring myself to get the tape measure out but we did used to say the we could use a piece of string and knot it and see the knots move along.
People are saying that I am looking slimmer but the scales don't agreePerhaps you're right Giggles it must be muscle/toning.

I think the string thing is a really good idea! I definately think the inches will be going down even if the scales are esp as you have really stepped your exercise up in the last few months.
Was so tempted to get a takeaway on the way home from work tonight but I gave myself a talking to resisted and cooked tea when I got in instead! So very proud of myself!0 -

Its that time again
Weight 05/10/11 - 14st 8.5lbs
Weight 12/10/11 - 14st 5lbs
Loss this week - 3.5lbs
Loss since June 2011 - 8st 1lbs :j:j:j
Thought I hadn't been that bad last week - thank goodness the gain didn't hang around too long. Been quite good today but we have family birthday celebrations tomorrow

I really need to start getting some exercise in but I am finding it really difficult with work at the minute. Most nights I tend to work late so am not getting home till late so barely have enough time to eat something before collapsing in bed exhausted! Then each weekend seems to have plans, especially now with xmas coming up! Think I need to start making some time for me. Going to try and get onto the wiifit for half an hour in bit, better than nothing I suppose!
