  • Thanks for your support Pep. Been to aerobics session tonight and quite enjoyed it really.

Got to do the big shop tomorrow and will keep a careful eye on the number of 'naughties' falling into the trolley. (promise) It always seems as though its the unhealthy stuff thats on bogof or whatever - soooo tempting. ;)

Hiya everyone, I know I am really really late in the year but can I join please...??? I rejoined MSE in October 2011 and have been spending the last few weeks sponging up all the info, putting my finances in order and joining the challenges. I'm now in a place where I want to focus on my weight, espcially since the xmas party has been moved forward by 3 weeks so it's only 4 weeks today for me to get back into that lovely slinky dress...eeek! Anyway, I'd love to join your group and get motivated to shift this booty ready to enter the New Year looking uber good rather than slobbing into it and then starting those dreaded new years resolutions that never last...

    xxx

Ooooh thank you B_E_G!!!:T So pleased to be part of your group :T

Well, I went out for a walk today around the local reservoir. It was the most beautiful day, crisp and fresh without a cloud in the sky.

Going out for my regular sunday evening out with a friend and I'm looking forward to my salad and we share a portion of chips as we're both watching our weight.

I weighed myself last week so it's my weekly weigh in again tomorrow, will let you know how I get on xxx

mf0u1098 Welcome to our small but perfectly formed thread  (where we all hope to be small and perfectly formed :rotfl: )

Blue :T:T congrats on the gym run. I bought new trainers at the weekend and plan on hitting the treadmill tomorrow - got a card to make tonight for an order and OH is in bed with the (man)flu so tonight has been ruled out. :(

Good luck everyone for the week ahead

Can I just add 'one day' Pep. :D

Treated myself to a biker jacket in Mr. S's 25% of clothing sale and bought the size that just say fits (very little room for expansion iyswim) and a knitted dress thingy from Mr. T's knitwear sale and that is reasonably clingy - both totally different to what I usually wear and certainly a lot smaller than the clothes I was wearing this time last year. :D

Someone told me today that the clothes I was wearing were too baggy (don't worry she was related and not some random person on the street). I just smiled and was chuckling a bit to myself.

Well its time to get ready for aerobics - how I hate these dark nights but at least the weather is ok at the moment.

What sort of cards to you make Pep? I do cross stitch ones mainly (not really adventurous at much else). Oh how we suffer when man flu is about - you both have my sympathies.:D

    Take care everyone
