Blue I tried to post a pic but they came over HUGE!! Have a wee look here and you'll see. Great news on the new clothes shop - I love it when you notice a difference in your clothes. I can't wait to go into a shop and pick stuff up because I like it rather than because it'll hide my bulges and fit me.

    mf0u1098 There's always tomorrow...

Was gonna try for the gym again tonight but I think I'm still on man-flu duties. I'm itching to try my new trainers too... :(

  • Well have been trying to delay this post but have decided to stop acting like an ostrich and face facts. Its about time I get my act together after having an almighty gigantic huge mega gain this week its time to behave myself.

I'm going to try and report in each day to you all - whether I've been good or bad - and see how that goes. I think my willpower has gone into hibernation. Hopefully this gain has been a bit of a wake up call :o

Your pics Pep are absolutely beautiful - you're one talentled lady :T

Don't worry too much about your gain mf0u1098. Chances are you will be back down next week especially if you have been a good and sounds as though you are exercising too. Hope you are rewarded for your efforts next week.

Well it back on the naughty step for me girls. Will report in tomorrow.

Hope you all have a good week everyone. Hope all is well with you Giggles.

    Thanks Blue

Oh and if you're gonna be sitting on the naughty step you'd better move over a bit and make room for another... I've been feeding OH comfort food and been eating it too... Oops!

I like you idea of posting daily, I think I'll join you.

  • Morning - just lil ol me reporting in :D

Had quite a good day yesterday foodwise :j
Managed to have just ONE cadburys finger at Mums yesterday with my afternoon coffee (had been creeping up to 2 or 3 or even sometimes dare I say a chunky kit kat :o)

Went to aerobics last night and really enjoyed it once I got there but you just seem to have to push yourself that bit more on the dark nights. Had a treat of one little bag of cadburys buttons (75 cals) while I caught up with the soaps. :D

Just read through above and it sounds as though I only ate choc finger and buttons :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Nooooo - had toasty and salad with large fresh fruit salad at lunch - some crackers with low fat spread before gym and when I got home I had chicken (cooked in oven with homemade wedges (just a light spray of oil) and some baked beans.

Off to do the big shop this morning.

    Feel more positive already. :j

    Good luck girls

  • Hi all,

could you tell me how do I subscribe to a thread? Every time I see something of interest and want to follow it - I always forget the name etc of the person/thread. Is there a way of saving it. Bear in mind please I can just about log on to a pc!
  • Welcome cagneyfan - probably the best way to follow is to subscribe to a thread I think. You can do this by clicking on the 'Thread Tools' (towards the top of the page - green line under the page numbers) and just select 'Subscribe to this Thread'. If there is an easier way - one of the lovely ladies will probably be along later to keep us on the right track. ;)

Will be great to have your input into our thread as we could probably to with all the support we can get to keep each other motivated on our uphill battle on the run up to the festive season. :D

Look forward to hearing any updates you have.

    Good luck

Did you mention some of the brown stuff there Pep? I have actually got to this time (17.00 hrs) and not had any choccie yet :p I will add however that the night is still very young :o I did put some funsize bits and pieces in cos if I totally do without I just seem as though I get constant cravings and notions for it and then before I know what I'm doing Ive gone totally off the rails. So hopefully by doing the funsize thing I will be able to keep on track.

Don't think I have ever had banana bread though. Better not try it in case I get the taste for that as well. I do like bananas but when they are at the 'just say ripe stage' before they get many spots.

No gym for me on Fridays and Saturdays so I will probably be back there on Sunday morning (fingers crossed). Must have a very good week as we are off for a few days the following week.

    Hope your hubby is improving.

    Take care

  • Just wondering how everyone's doing.

Managed to get to aerobics tonight - was very nearly going to 'play truant' as I was late home and my friend couldn't make it. But I am pleased to report I did go - mind you I have been totally inactive since I returned.:o

Eating hasn't been too bad (I don't think). Called into M&S today with DH for a cuppa and we shared a piece of caramel shortcake (last week I would have had a piece all to myself):o

Got two pairs of jeans from M&S (1 pair had been £29.50 reduced to £12) and they are a slim leg :j

    Hope everyones doing ok.
