Just having a quick catch up to see how you are all doing.
Had one of those days where you are on the go all day without really achieving much. Instead of doing our usual aerobics stuff at the gym this morning - we decided on walking as a group instead and make the most of the lovely sunshine. I don't think the residents could believe their eyes - especially when we started using the roadside barrrier thingies for doing our stretches. Could have caused quite a pile-up with the passing motorists. Felt quite good when we got back as we felt as though we had achieved something. Did the same walk last September when I first joined the gym and could notice a big difference since then - didn't struggle quite as much.
Eating hasn't been too bad today - porridge for breakfast, ham salad sarnie and diet yoghurt with bran added at lunch time and tonight I have had a small home-made pizza type thing made with bread and pizza type topping with some potato wedges and a vegetable salad with low fat dressing followed by sugar free jelly (whoopeedoo). Am having very strong fancies for some choccie - will I be able to fight the temptation.(:o)
Have tried to make the effort to be good as we are out tomorrow having a lovely (probably three course) italian meal for DH's birthday. Only myself to blame if I don't make the 15's by Wednesday. Doesn't look too hopeful at mo as I had a wee peep this morning.

Day 1 of seriosity.
So much for disciplined, I saw a photo of myself taken yesterday :doh:and just couldn't wait so I weighed myself this morning, starkers and breathing out (I'm sure air weighs a lot) and hit the 11st 5lb mark. Serves me right :mad:.
The dozen hc buns and 5 cornetto's in the freezer will be my daily treat, and this time it'll be one of something a day, not one (or 2) of each. The photo is going on my fridge and the Serenity Prayer will be put to good use in the coming weeks, lol.
Had a small bowl of fruit n fibre, half my usual amount, and some grapes for breakfast, filled my water bottle and now [STRIKE]rolling[/STRIKE] running off to my exercise class.

. Im back from my trip down south to longleat and Bath and despite eating out all day everyday and eating various sweets I didnt put anything on! yay! now to get serious and loose some by next week!

. I have never been Bath before and I total fell in love with it! Although the gorgeous weather may have helped haha Didnt get much time to look round as the majority of the group were ready to move on so definately want to plan a trip down again so I can explore all the shops hehe
Did 30 mins on my wii tonight. Going to try and do it again in the morning before work.

Weight 13/4/11 - 16st 0lbs
Weight 20/4/11 - 15st 13lbs :dance:
Loss thiis week - 1lb
Total loss since June 2010 - 6st 7lbs
Woohoo made it to the 15s (albeit just) and thats after having Monday 'off'.
Going for session at gym this morning as ouir usual Sunday class will be cancelled. Better watch out - I might be turning into a proper gym bunny - easter bunny with all the eggs more like it. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

In a strange sort of way - I'm enjoying my trips to the gym - I don't know - all that pain and sweat etc - very strange
Trying to delay my easter treats until Sunday - thats is my intention anyway. Will have to be very strong this morning as we are off to Mr. M's for the big shop - will be surrounded by all that temptation. Harder work probably keeping DH in check :rotfl:
Hope you both have a lovely weekend and whatever happens we can get back on track next week
