It's been soooooooooo long since I've posted on here and I can't even what it is that prompted me to do it, but last night I signed up for WW online. Weighed myself in Boots today and I was 15st 10. Which for anybody is not a very healthy weight (unless of course you are about 6'3") but when you are only 5ft 2.5in it's a little too unhealthy.
So I'm back in the game.0 -
:wave: Welcome back on the team Georgiegirl :wave:
I could probably do with being around 6'3" too to be around my ideal weight. :rotfl::D:rotfl:
Good luck with your ww plan and keep us updated of how your doing.;)SPC NO 041STARTED SW 04/14 - TARGET 05/16 - TOTAL LOSS 10ST 3.5LBS :dance:0 -
Ok I'm back with a vengeance. I've started recording everything on FoodFocus (it's free and I find it helps) and OH and I went our for a little walk on Saturday to kick start me... are you sitting down guys... 16 - yes I said 16miles!!!!!
It seemed like a good idea until I couldn't get out my bed yesterday :rotfl: I'm not too bad today so exercises tonight. I'll let you know how I get on tomorrow. I think the sun shining has given me a major kickstart, I looked at all my lovely small summer clothes yesterday and I'm determined I will fit into them - it might take me till the middle of winter but I'll get there :rotfl: I will be the person in the snow with hypothermia, a huge smile on her face and wearing size 10s0 -
Wow Pep - 16 miles - thats amazing - your poor wee legs must have been sooooo tired
Must admit the sunshine does make you feel like getting out there and doing things. Went to my usual gym session yesterday - the abdominals are a little bit tender as the day goes on - perhaps those sit up things are starting to do the trick :rotfl: no pain no gain they say.
Good luck with your wi this weekSPC NO 041STARTED SW 04/14 - TARGET 05/16 - TOTAL LOSS 10ST 3.5LBS :dance:0 -

dipashah Good luck with your free pass and your run :T
Well I did my exercises last night and I went slightly over my calorie allowance (I forgot to enter something) but I'm still sticking to it.
Good luck everyone0 -
Oh well here is this weeks wi update -
Weight 13/4/11 - 16st 0lbs
Weight 06/4/11 - 16st 0lbs
Total loss this week - 0lbs
Total loss since June 2011 - 6st 6lbs
Had hoped to have hit the 15st something mark - but sadly it wasn't to be this week - will try hard for next week.
Good luck dipashah - let us know how you are gettin on. Marked the nhs site to have a good look at as soon as I have a spare mo - things are a bit hectic today - ending with a gym session tonight. Am signing up for Race (my case walk) For Life too - this time last year would have needed paramedics just to fill the form in :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Weather supposed to change today - typical got loads of washing to do - won't be about to keep an eye on it - do I chance it out or not - that is the question. If it rains later - you know I have decided to hang it all out :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Hope you all get the results you are hoping for this week girls.

I went to a kettlebells class last weds, and couldnt walk until Saturday !
I am going again tonight, as i am a glutten for punishment apparantly! hehe. I hope it wont be as bad as last week. However, on the plus side, the 45 mins class flew by!!!
Anyone else been to Kettle bells? does it hurt as much the 2nd time round?0 -
bad wekk this week and I have put 2lbs on
so upset! I know that I went completely wrong though as it was my uncles birthday party, plus birthday evening, my cat has been ill so Ive been very stressed with this, found no time to make my soup and found no time to exercise! So at least I know where I have gone wrong.
Going away sunday-tuesday so need to make sure I am extra extra good to try and counteract the few days away. Going to start with a work out in the morning! I havent got time to make any soup so have stocked up on WWs tomato soup so thats lunch this week sorted! Going to try ans be reall strict and have no bread with it too.0
