Mornig all! Had a rubbish day yesterday with DS who is 2 being reall y horrible to me! Ended up crying my eyes out cos he threw something in my face and whilst I was crying he still kept throwing more stuff! Grrr kids!
Anyways I therefore had a Chicken Kebab and a handful of chips, 1 onion ring and a cream scone and then a bag of M and M Peanuts! Oh dear!!! Althoug I would have usually had 2 scones and more onion rings and chips so I did hold back by the tiniest bit but still kept filling my face!
Thing was I felt terrible when I went to bed! Stomach was not happy! Dunno if it was the guilt or the gorge but wont be doing that in again in a hurry!
Back on it today even more determined, hopefully going to buy a Wii today so will be Wii-ing my way to thinness!!!

What 'games' do people recommend for the Wii to help lose weight? I haven't got the balance board, so anything that doesn't need that would be ideal.

    Thanks all!

Marg2k8 Congratulations on your weight loss :T:T

Legendmum Oh No!! You have a weakness for peanut M&M's too - They are my downfall - I can eat the whole bag till I feel sick - have you seen how many calories there are in the big bag :eek::eek: Fantastic though - you still lost a pound :T:T

    Betterlife :j:j:j:j Brilliant loss :j:j:j:j

blue-eyed-girl If you don't eat enough your body thinks you're going into starvation mode and instantly transfers everything you've ate into fat stores to get you through - it stems back to hunter gather times when food was short. That's why it's important to eat often. (See I know what I should be doing :rotfl:) Whoo Hoo on the belt notches - it's great when you can actually see the difference. :T:T

    Hello Glendam, satnav10 and craftgirl1960

Well I bought Active Sport 2 for the PS3 and I've completed my first two workouts. It's fantastic and it won't let you cheat! It's keeping me focused and I haven't ate any rubbish so this week should be a better week!

    Newbie here!

I have never really been on a proper diet and, of course, always been overweight.

About 3-4 years ago, i started in a new job where junk food was always at hand! I put on about 1 1/2 stone!!!

So about 2 years ago, I thought I would try and lose some for my Holiday. I did actually lose 1 stone. I done this through exercise alone whilst eating mostly the same foods. I have kept that off as i have continued to do the exercise but I still need to lose weight and cant really lose much more this way (the initial stone was lost in the first month or two, with nothing much since).

So... i have finally gone on a proper diet.

i joined Weight Watchers on Sunday! joined online (via Quidco). I have found it really easy to input the food/drink i am consuming! I think it really helps to see everything written down - sometimes that chocolate biccy you have with your tea goes unnoticed!

I would really like to lose 2 stone! this should take me from a 16 to a 12 (i was told that 1 stone is approximate to 1 dress size?? - please let me know if i am wrong). I think this is achievable. So fingers X ed (for everyone else too), i will be reporting some good news on here!

Now, i just need to read all the previous posts!!!! that may take a while!!

Hi, i have just joined quidco, and want to join online weightwatchers, how do i get the cashback.
Many Thanks, and good luck with WW. x

Thanks PepPop for your comments -I'm writing everything down to keep a track of whats going into my mouth so that I make sure that I am eating enough. Sometimes during the day when you are busy or out and about it is quite easy to 'forget' to eat - not that that happens very often though :D

Good luck for your weigh-in tomorrow Welsh Poppy - mine too. 100% agree with you it is a hard business but I feel better once I have got a little bit of control back again with food and exercise.

Thanks a lot legendmum - all I can think about now ........... peanut M & M's .................... they're not even something I would normally go for  Hope you're feeling a bit better today - kids who'd have them ;)

Keep up with all your hard work.
