Woo Hoo:j Fabulous weight losses again ladies :T I'm soo proud of you all.
Betterlife I know what you mean about being put off by thinking about the total amount of weight, but if you just set mini targets it makes it more doeable and less likely to give up. Keep up the good work, you are doing brilliantly and have had a fantastic weight loss :j
Witchwoo another fantastic weight loss and you have lost 6cm:Thow good is that!!! Keep going girl it will be worth it in the end.
MrsSow Well done on keeping the excercise going, thats brilliant!!

Between us we must have lost a couple of stone and thats only the start, keep it up girls it will be worth it. xx0 -
I'm disgraced and not even gonna weigh myself - back on the wagon and here's to another week.
Has anyone tried Active Sports for either the PS3, Wii or Xbox. I'm considering it but wasn't sure if it's any good?0 -

Well - I've been doing WeightWatchers for a week now and have lost 3 and a half pounds, so was pleased with that. I dare say the first week will be the biggest loss and then it will slow down. I'm treating myself now to a couple of small tia marias and the good thing is that it is still within my points allowed. I think that I would sooner lose weight slowly and be allowed to have the odd treat than to live on lettuce leaves and lose it quicker.0

Well done girls on your great losses - what a brilliant start to the new year - hopefully we will be reaping the benefits of all our hard work in the summertime.
Don't get too down Donzerella - I don't know how ww works but some other ladies here might be able to offer you some help but you can always approach your ww consultant and let them know how you are feeling. I have found in the past that if I cut my food intake down too far - my weight loss grinds to a halt - seems strange but that's what happens. Might be worth looking into. Good luck for next week and well done with your exercise.
Did aerobics session at gym - brought a glow to my cheeks - does that mean I must have been doing something right or that I am totally unfit:rotfl:uuuummmmm????
Good luck everyone and hope you all have a good week

Much as I hate text talk...OMG! Another 1lb off :j , now I'm wondering if I can get to 11 stone in a month? It's looking more and more possible as it's only 4lb and 2 weeks away. My holiday is 2 weeks 5 days away so I'm going to go for it
.
I'm not as brave as Witchwoo, haven't got the tape out yet, but keep trying on clothes I've not been able to get into for I-don't-know-how-long, and slowly the spare tyres aren't looking quite so bad.
Still getting up during the ads though blue_eyed_girl, amazing what two minute jobs I've found to do in that time! DONZERELLA, even an ounce lost is better than putting one on
Good luck everyone for the coming week
Right, time to get up and move for 2 minutes0 -
Hello all - well done everyone - I'm enjoying reading all about your journeys.
changed my weigh in day - so it's now Sunday before I eat Sunday dinner!
my mum's scales measure in 1/4 lbs - so from next week will be recording that.
So have lost a total of 6lbs - have done some exercise every day and have not eaten crisps, sweets, chocolate or fizzy drinks and alcohol. But have eaten normal family meals, just less than I would normally. I haven't felt hungry but have had loads of sweet/crisp cravings - I love them so. Everyday have done at least 10,000 steps on my pedometer, my 7 year old daughter is checking her totals with me and I've only beaten her once on Saturday.
I have altered my goal and signature - not sure how well I will do this week, taking the family to Alton Tower's waterpark and staying overnight, so will probably indulge a little and eat the wrong things. I will do my best.
Keep up the good work everyone.
