No, don't worry about it. Use the samples to help you try and sell the MM products.

  • Hi, has anyone ordered the Supershock Vivid Liquid Eyeshadow, I ordered it from the last HT. It came in my order yesterday, what a nightmare, it really is liquid, very very runny even once you give it a good shake. It also splits after a couple of mins, very odd. When you put it on it is a very weak Teal colour, not vivid at all. Not even sure if I can be bothered to do a return for it, do you think I should email Avon CS just so they know the product is "carp" !

Thanks for the info; had a customer order a few recently..... haven't been returned yet but holding my breath...

Yes, give your feed-back to Avon; can't do any harm.

Lol its no problem, I make them for myself & my team (hence the blank details sections at the bottom lol), don't mind sharing them on here as so many people helped me get going when I first started as a rep, its nice to do the same for others :)

Obviously if you know certain products/ranges are popular with your customers mention them instead of products you know they won't like. I just try and cover a variety of ranges/products, partly as I obviously don't know what each of my reps customers like, but also cos my customers don't seem to like particular products lol, I just know theres certain things I hardly ever sell!

  • My turn to moan.... signed up a newbie last Saturday, rang Avon on Wednesday and Thursday to see if they'd been approved (daughter used to be an Avon rep/potential Debt Addy but she moved out 2 years ago - sent the application form off with a note to that effect too....). Was told both days 'no news'. Rep was loaded this morning and offered territory so I rang them with the good news and told them to get as many orders in as quickly as they could (quick campaign and all that) only to receive an email sent @ 11.30 a.m. this morning saying the application has been rejected as the applicant doesn't 'fit Avon criteria'.

How come Contracts are allowed to give us the green flag and then Credit Control take it away 3 hrs later????:mad::mad:

This is the second time I'm going to look really stupid for saying one thing and then Avon - ultimately - doing another!!!

    MC that sucks!!! :(
There should only be one approval stage as far as I am concerned... *sigh*
Maybe one day when I am not so exhausted at the thought of my "day job" I will write them a proposal about what to fix and the potential increase in business and revenue as a result :rotfl:

  • i'm seeing that now, but it worked thats the thing, so i dont know why all of a sudden they aint now lol, and why the blacks ok but the colour aint. I will at some point get some genuine HP cartridges again, its just sooo frustrating, cos now although i managed to sort one fault out, I managed to get the printer to do a cartridge clean, now its telling me its an incompatible cartridge, so looks like i will have to get a new colour cartridge (will have to wait til i have some money though)

printers don't like fake cartridges. I am still trying to sell my old Epson as I had this problem and DH bought me an HP.

The best thing is to get the original cartridge refilled, as it works out a lot cheaper than buying new ones.

It will recognise the coding on the cartridge, etc, so you won't have problems, no clogged heads.

And I think some of the companies are available through cashback sites.
