Until this campaign I had no trouble viewing the Hello Tommorrow via the e-pages! its very frustrating that now a box pops up asking for a username and password!! Those used for the avon uk site dont seem to work!
You mentioned a drop down box - what is this, as I cant seem to see it!
Can you spill the beans on how to view the Hello Tomorrow via the e-pages?
Thankyou, in advance for your help!!
Have never viewed HT via e-pages so, sorry, can't help with that but looks to me like some sort of external website, which you need to join before they'll allow you to view. (Possibly set up so they can sell your email addresses but that's just a guess.)
As for the drop-down box, that's on your Avon rep website. Just go to the page where you can view the current HT virtually and there's a dropdown box, top right, so you can view the back campaign too. (They used to be both viewable together but that changed when they upgraded the website in May this year.)Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Many thanks for your help! This clarifies the confusion a bit for me!!:):)
Its a shame: i really loved the e-pages: (see links to them on page one of avon hints and tips part 7!) because they allow you to view right up to 4 Hello Tomorrows in advance!!
Does anyone know any other links to view HT 17?0 -
How come those little yellow dots on orders only seem to appear on new customers! very annoyingMe, DD1 19, DS 17, DD2 14, Debt Free 04/18, Single Mum since 11/19

I do not worry greatly about the yellow dots as so far, those items have always still come in my order. Its usually some item (always for a new customer) that is listed as in stock when I place order then out of stock on my invoice, now that really is annoying as can not even forwarn the customer that item unavailable and would they like to choose an alternative. The system for low stock items on avon always seems very random.Just because your paranoid does not mean they are not out to get you ! :rotfl:0 -
Afternoon ladies....
I'm kicking myself aaggghhh!!! I was just catching up on the thread and wondered what the conversations regarding the £2.50 mascaras was all about.... The penny has now dropped and I've completely forgotten to put the flyers in the C12 campaign and now my order is due and I've not managed to promote this offer to anyone!
It is completely my own fault, but I'm cross with myself now! C12 hasn't worked very well for me, not sure if its the content or just the fact that alot of my customers have gone on holiday.
Oh well, sorry to rant, onwards and upwards.....
p.s. Off on a slight tangent, how do you know if someone has requested a representative in your area on the Avon website, do you get an email or is there somewhere you can check on the site to see if someone is looking for a rep? Thanks.0 -

Ahhh never mind, you can use them to recanvass and hopefully grab a couple new orders..................not that mine did very well, I think I sold one mascara!
Anyone else had any trouble with the £2 foundation offer in C13, I'm getting orders where the customer thinks its £2 with any purchase *at all* not just on those specific pages :cool:0 -
C12 Flyers - well, I got 1 order for a £2.50 mascara. The customer also ordered a couple of other things. Unless you're keen to buy the mascara offer on the flyer, the other offers on it are available in the book anyway. I don't think TPTB thought it through very well: they expect us to use them on houses who haven't ordered for a while and not necessarily with a book. So people have to be in when we call to get them back - unless we supply a brochure bag just for the flyer so they can leave it out. And if they're not interested they'll have saved the flyer for us to re-use... :rotfl: I got these flyers after I'd already prepped my C12s for C12, and being current brochures they were going out to my regulars anyway. So I held them back for C13, to put out with backorder C12 books. This meant they were seen by my less frequent orderers/people who've never ordered/new houses I'm still in the early stages of covering. I also didn't receive the same number of flyers as brochures, so I had to prioritise who saw one.
Summer sale flyer - I've got some stock hanging around so I thought I'd sell it cheap (but still making a profit on each item). I did an A4 flyer, printed it out on the quickest setting, and gave them out either with books, or on their own to people who weren't due a book that campaign. I made £10.56 profit, but some of the items would have had to be returned if they didn't sell and I'm aiming for PC, so I'm okay with taking a small profit and getting the sales in. I had 3 people "fighting" over a Winter Rose bubble bath, and the same over a Footworks moisturiser. Something that I thought was telling was that people who only got a flyer, and were asked to get in touch to order, didn't order anything (not expecting calls to flood in between now and 7pm when I put my order in). There was plenty of really cheap stuff on that flyer, so I'm surprised no-one got in touch. These are people who've ordered from me before or have at least shown an interest. I've got a few people due books next campaign who only got the flyer this time so I've edited the flyers and will give these people a second chance. It'll be interesting to see if anyone orders this time now they have an order form and have to leave the book out...
Re-canvassing houses that said no with flyers - only put about 30 out so far and no calls. But I did get 2 new customers who would have seen a card, but I ended up speaking in person instead. Both used to be served by other, separate, reps but it looks like both have stopped. In one case it was perfect timing because her last order only a couple of weeks ago hadn't been delivered so I was able to re-take it at the door.I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for.I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.

Don't worry about it, why not do your own little flyer and offer them at £2.50/£3 in your next campaign for orders £10+?
As for your 'PS' - yes, you get an email from Avon when someone has requested to either join your Community (customer) or your Team (as a rep or SL)Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Having read your responses to my earlier post I don't think I've missed much by excluding the flyer (breathes sigh of relief).
I do like the summer flyer idea I, Geek although I don't have a lot of stock at the moment. I picked up some new customers and offered a free gift over £10 last campaign.
Thanks also to you MarsdenCuckoo, I think I may purchase a few mascara's and give your idea a go.
Ref my p.s. I've obviously not got anyone interested in me becoming their rep locally then as I've not had any emails !! :rotfl:0 -

You're very welcome; good luck.
As for not having had an emails, don't take it personally.... a while back I put in my own postcode to see which 'local rep' it came up with and it wasn't me! Was actually someone about 3 miles away  How does that work then, anyone know?Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)
