Hello girls. Im after a bit of advise, if i may :) I've got something i need to return, but im not ordering from current book. Tried to contact my representative but all she said is "go online and click credits". I dont have any customers, I do Avon for my own use only and as I said, am not ordering this time and not sure when will be ordering again.

If you do not place an order you usually end up getting sent a single brochure as far as I am aware which costs 55p. Avon have now introduced a charge of £2.50 if your order is under £10 as well. You need to check this out, otherwise it could cost you £3 every 3 weeks not to place an order. Keep an eye out for Marsden Cuckoo or Lozza on here as they will know better than I do. You can return goods via royal mail at your own cost, unless they have changed something recently. HTH If you are not acting as a representative, then you may be better off either finding a rep or using the website itself to order?
Still looking for the plot...... Anyone seen it???

Sounds like your local rep is right but not being that helpful! :(

Are you a personal rep or an online retail customer?

If a personal rep then just apply for the credit as normal via your website, pack up your items to return with your returns notes (one in the parcel, one which the carrier signs as your receipt) and ask your rep if she will pass it to the carrier when she gets her next order. Means, of course, you will have to go back and collect your receipt from her after the carrier has signed it.

If a retail online customer then am guessing that in with your invoices somewhere you should have a returns label to send goods back via the Post Office?

Just to clarify, there is absolutely no charge rendered if you do not place a regular order in a campaign. Your account will stay live even if you miss a few campaigns but some 'enterprising ASMs' may send you some books to encourage you to start ordering again. (If free that's fine, but I have known this happen at the rep's cost  If that happens, Avon will credit you back with the cost if you report to them that you didn't order the books yourself. ;))

Hope that helps. If not, just repost.

Can I send back flip flops even after they've been worn?
  • Check the status of your order under 'Order Tracking' (or something similar) if it says 'Received' then call the helpline asap and they may be able to add the items on but if it says 'Prepared' then it's too late.

rang the helpline, but don't know if it was added to the order or sent as an additional order, don't think he understood me :(. Will just have to wait and see.

Good for you, if you can find a good one locally then go for it as they'll have knowledge of your local area but if not then look further afield rather than settle for a second rate SL round the corner. Am in Devon but my upline goes via Cornwall to Glos. Equally, I have a TSL in Windsor so I need to be travelling over there shortly to help them qualify. Anyone (fairly) near Windsor looking to sign up as an Avon rep? (Sorry, couldn't resist. :o)

I just tried to view HT13 and get the following:

A user name and password are being requested by http://www.e-pages.dk. The site says: "AVON UK"

    :O

My order goes in tonight, can you still view previous HT mags on the avon site? x

Never mind - I've found the drop down box now, only took me 3 campaigns or so lol xx
