If you send things back do you still get the higher discount then? - was also wondering about the free gifts for meeting sales targets in 1st 6 campaigns, if things go back and it goes under value do we have to send back / pay for the freebies?
No they won't ask for things back. They offer the 90 day return, and you cannot predict what will need to go back. Don't forget your brochures count towards your sales figures.

Just had a peek at the last two HT's on the front page. HT15 looks fab. Very rarely do I see so many things I want to buy! Had to laugh about the new outerwear range with the first outdoor footwear by Avon. Perfect for autumn - but not waterproof!! It's a knitted sort of top boot but I expect I'll try them out as they look really comfy. Good range of jewellery coming up and looking forward to Fergies new perfume as well (it's another moneymaker).
Sales are down for C11 for me but I wasn't particularly inspired when I browsed the brochure so fingers crossed that C12 is a little better.
Few wishes to send Avons way:
Please, please keep your stock levels up as we get closer to Christmas
Don't discontinue new ranges after only 2 brochures
Get the online printable returns paperwork sorted out pronto
A range of gold plated earrings/jewellery would be nice for those with difficult ears (but keep the prices down)

So I'm not the only one not to be very excited about C11 brochure.....
On the plus side, at least I shan't be parting with many of my pennies!RIP Marmaduke 04.02.11, MIsty 09.06.12 and Rufus 19.7.24 very, very sadly missed xxx

Cheltenham - have PMed you back. We are talking about the quilted Antler bag and not the plastic one?I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for.
I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.

Just a quick question. I haven't added my order yet, but I'm £14.29 under HOV. I'm putting through £21 of returns (all from one new customer.) Does this mean to make HOV I need to order another £35.29 worth of stuff?
Sorry you didn't get a reply. I'm not quite sure how that would work. Think I would have held off some of the returns if poss. But safest would be to order the extra. You could always return itStill looking for the plot...... Anyone seen it???0 -
Apparently Avon want every order to go through a rep (does this mean the end of the online shop?)
Yes, but don't hold your breath for it just yetHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -

Thank you:). I will have a think. Need to start getting HOV as I'm a trainee SL, only managed to get 3 reps to sign up so far.M May11 55886.810 -

In my case, the vouchers I want come in a cheque book style. Leaving me the stub as a record. You sell the voucher at face value to your customer, with an expiry date on it. The customer then keeps it to save up / gives it to a friend / relative and presents them to you before the expiry dateyour profit is in the actual avon sale, and in any vouchers that go unused
