:T I think it is very good, but would break it up as above, or similar as people are more likely to read 'bite size' chunks of information properly. I think there is a strong possibility your poem will make its way around the country! Well done you, and I hope people will have the manners to ask you before using your poem for themselves ;)

Absolutely fabulous !! :j Could I use it, I'm in Gloucestershire just in case you are concerned I am near you

 Anybody out there??!! Wow it's quiet here the last day or two. how are we all doing? Apart from banging my head against a brick wall with the call centre, all is good I think. Waiting for quite a large delivery on Monday :D and hoping C11 goes the same way.
I am thinking of getting gift vouchers printed, I want to have them done properly so as to avoid any counterfeiting issues, and so they look professional. I think they will be good for birthdays/ Xmas etc. Also gives an option to sell to men, who can buy them for wives / girlfriends and not 'get it wrong'! Interesting idea anyway ;) See how it goes.

Very good idea, not sure how it would work thought. Would be good for Xmas
  • PrincessX87 there is a loyalty card scheme in HT. I did it once and then offered my customers who completed the criteria a free gift or credit in the next book. All I did was work out an average order for each customer and said they would get a stamp for each order on or above that amount.
Also you can order Loyalty cards from Vistaprint.
  • I think Avon are upping the anti at the moment. For the past year and a half I have not had a sales leader. This morning I had an email from my ASM asking why my sales weren't higher and saying that sales for the area were down this year by £18k. Obviously sales are down but the targets are still the same.
She has offered me 100 free C11 books to recanvass with !

Is today your order day then? If you don't mind my asking, how much did you actually get in customer sales?

I would add a few useful things on, to get to HOV. Bear in mind that books etc count towards it. 20% on £126 is £25.20 whereas if you got to £148 it's 25% so £37. Only £11.20 extra cost iykwim. HTH You could always send back anything extra ;)
Still looking for the plot...... Anyone seen it???

If you send things back do you still get the higher discount then? - was also wondering about the free gifts for meeting sales targets in 1st 6 campaigns, if things go back and it goes under value do we have to send back / pay for the freebies?

sales for the area were down this year by £18k.

I wonder how much of that was down to OOS items? ;)
I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for. :( I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.
  • Does anyone know if the Pink Antler bag is coming back into the brochures. I am up to C13 at present looking in the books but cannot find it, my customer liked it so much she would like one for her mum :j

Just a quick question. I haven't added my order yet, but I'm £14.29 under HOV. I'm putting through £21 of returns (all from one new customer.) Does this mean to make HOV I need to order another £35.29 worth of stuff?
