I do one where customers get a free gift with every 6 orders - if they spend more, are nice (ie are in when I'm delivering & don't mess me about lol) then they get a more expensive gift, people who spend a smaller amount or who are a pain in the bum get a cheaper gift - but the cheapest is a £1 (250ml shower gel).
Someone asked about what happens if you miss an order - nothing - but, if you have a territory it is VERY important that you let whoever signed you up, know that you are missing x campaign out, but that you are actually continuing. THis means they know whats going on, won't bother you to see if everythings ok, and most importantly means your territory will be safe.Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -

Hi all
I delivered my catalogues between 8 and half past in the morningNo dogs were disturbed
I wondered if it would be a good idea to offer a free goodie bag or gift to those who spent £20 or £25? Have offered a free gift to anyone who shows the catalogue to a family member or friend who orders - I put two order forms in each catalogueAm wondering whether to offer a free goodie bag to anyone who refers someone to join my team when they join?
Have to ring Avon tomorrow also - I can't get log onto website

hi
is there a way that customers can order from me over the internet? i know you can order direct from avon, but im sure someone told me that they order their avon from someone who they used to order from before they moved, and that they did it online? i wondered how they could do this, as presumably if their rep lives that far away, they cant deliver it?!
thanks in advance!0 -
Online ordering
There are a couple of ways:
1. Through the Avon online shop - this doesn't go through a rep and doesn't benefit us at all.
2. Through an e-brochure - you send a link to the relevant e-brochure to your customer. They get back to you via phone, text or e-mail with their order. You either wait until you next see them or post their order to them. The problems with posting goods is that they can get lost, it can be pricey once the order gets heavy, and any returns would have to come back via post (repeating problems 1 and 2). I have family spread out so I time sending them an e-brochure before I next see them. I post goods to one family member.
Apparently Avon want every order to go through a rep (does this mean the end of the online shop?) and mentioned an online brochure that loads directly into our account (instead of customers ringing and e-mailing). There's been no more word of this and I think getting the e-suite sorted out is their priority at the moment.I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for.I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.

Hi i am about to submit my 1st order with avon and have noticed that a few bits are out of stock and others are low. I cant get hold of the customers who ordered the out of stock items, so should i just put the order in? I dont want to hang around too long incase other items go. I just feel quite bad that its my first order with these customers and wanted to make a good impression.
Also, how many of the old books do you keep? I have about 10 left after people leaving in rain or not returning but can imagine that after a while they will start to clutter house.
Any advise would be grately received :TMe, DD1 19, DS 17, DD2 14, Debt Free 04/18, Single Mum since 11/19

Hi slm6002.
I'm currently on my second order with Avon, My first being a total nightmare!
I also noticed that nearly half of the products i needed to order was either out of stock or low, So what i done was:-
Contacted all the people who's items was out of stock & offered them the chance to exchange any of the items in the book for the same value.
I also emailed / text & explained i wasn't sure how long it would take for items to get here & could they reply letting me know if they still wanted their order!
It helped my customers in a way, Because many of them don't get paid until 1st, Which gave them time to get the money together.
What book are you on? I noticed that back ordering on C10 (Which i have had to do) Was fine, Plenty of stock. However C11 bubble bath offers was my main orders, Which as you can guess, Was nearly all out of stock.
I had over 14 C10 books left, Which i used again this time around, But now i will be getting rid, I cant afford to have books ect laying around as i'm in a small property with dogs - Cats & OH!Future goals:
Become debt free.
Beat Depression.
Be happy & healthy0 -
As soon as I'm done with back order books they go straight in the recycling bin- OH is barely containing himself at the avon stuff laying around without the expired books too!
Our greatest weakness lies in giving up; always try just one more time0 -
