Hi Jenny, welcome to the thread. Always quietest here on weekends as everyone is busy with other things. You will see many more posts from Monday onwards. 3 days seems to be pretty good for a book. Give it a few campaigns and you will see who needs books for longer and who is just messing about. Grab yourself a cup of tea (or a large glass of wine!) and have a read of the thread from start to finish. Invaluable advice.
Sales fluctuate, and some customers take a while to have enough trust to place an order. It all takes time, but so far is well worthdoing. HTH, look forward to seeing more posts from you :A

    Hi again :)
Mumto2 - how have your sales been going if you don't mind me asking please?
    Jen x

C8 was £224, C10 was £234. (due to timing of when I was recruited C8 was a back order, so skipped straight to C10). Very happy with that as it's all territory orders so not people just being nice & ordering something ;)
    Now proud Mumto3 :j

    Hi all,

What happens if you don't order anything for a campaign? Is there any kind of standing charge?

Just trying to figure out my strategy for covering the 6 wks holiday without affecting the kids too much :p

Thank you missminx and fab sales Mumto2 - hope I can do that well :) I'm dropping my first lot of books tomorrow - only 15 but hope they are fruitful :) Have spent time folding down pages that have the scratch and smell pages on and printed off leaflets introducing myself with offers highlighted on, fingers crossed :)
Off to bed now - shattered!
    Night all x

Thank you so much Mumto2 :) That's exactly what I was going to do :) My youngest is doing his paper round in the morning on the same street that I am delivering to so going to go out on a bike round and deliver my brochures while he delivers his newspapers :) It will be between half 6 - half 7 in the morning though - is that ok or too early? I would be gently putting the letterboxes down so no-one would be disturbed :)

Was thinking about this while I've been out dropping books today. I seemed to make a lot of dogs bark :rotfl:. Not sure if this would be such a good thing at 6.30 in the morning  At least with your sons papers, they have asked to receive it.
Might be worth a try to see how many dogs are there ;)

Order is in, not half as good as the previous two but at least I made a princely £2.50 profit :P

Our greatest weakness lies in giving up; always try just one more time

Is today your order day then? If you don't mind my asking, how much did you actually get in customer sales?

    Ello all,

Does anyone offer a bonus / loyalty scheme to their customers?

I'm hoping to start offering one, where my customers could maybe start saving towards Christmas, But i have no clue on the best way to run one.

    Any hints, Tips & advice?
