Hi looking for a bit of advice, I have only done two campaigns so pretty new to all this. I was wondering if it is better to put order forms in with a blank delivery date and brochure number so they can be reused or to write this information on every one I deliver even though I am only getting a few orders and would have to recycle the majority at the end of each campaign. I do already include a note saying when I will be collecting the book but think this could get too cluttered if I also put on when the delivery will occur. I did have one lady request when I was doing her delivery today to put on her form when the delivery was due so she could ensure she had the cash ready, so I was thinking of doing some of the order forms with the information for those who have previously placed an order, and then doing a small leaflet to drop through any doors where an new order is placed saying something like, " Thank You for placing an order with Avon your delivery is due ............, and then put my details underneath. Any thoughts from any other Reps would be most welcome.Just because your paranoid does not mean they are not out to get you ! :rotfl:0

They did this to me last time, and said they would exchange the books as I had already had my books for the campaign. they also shorted me my beat the high street brochures, But randomly I have now had them twice! They turned up with my C9 delivery as well :undecided
It's not just me then! sure I ordered C11s, I'm quite baffled esp as it reminds you which books to order each camp! Did you call them or email them?Squirrelling away in September No 33It's not about the money, it's about financial freedom, being in control of it and living in the natural world and not a material world0 -
Delivery date - even though I still put the delivery date on my forms (I got a stamp from Vista Print and a date stamp to save my hand - this goes in the message box at the top), I always go around a couple of days before delivery with an order confirmation slip like you mention.
I found that people weren't making a note of the delivery day, which is why I started the order confirms so people have something in the house with the amount and date on, and a message to contact me to re-arrange if it's no good. I can fit 4 to an A4 sheet and print using the "fast" setting - low quality but the message still gets across and I save some ink. I think Avon do their own but you have to write your contact details on every time.
Actually I think I'll stop stamping it on the order form with my regulars. They know I turn up a few days later with their order confirm slip, and I always deliver to the same areas on the same day of the week.
I've been collecting e-mail addresses to do as many order confirms this way and have a shorter trip around the village with the paper ones.I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for.I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.

I received my replacement for my "leaker" and there is a product missing! and it's on the invoice as well. So annoying!
Also I forgot to order some more order forms, as I have decided to recanvas a whole road. Has anyone got any spare?Squirrelling away in September No 33It's not about the money, it's about financial freedom, being in control of it and living in the natural world and not a material world0 -

Again, just claim credit/replacement for it as normal.
Yes, I have some spare order forms but sure you'll have a rep nearer than me - if you don't know the rep nearest to you, ask your upliner. They'll be able to tell you and, of course, they should have some spare ones too.
If you really want me to post some to you though, just PM me and/or email me on avonchris@live.co.uk (Yes, know I'll need to change it by August - have already done avochris@live.co.uk but still using my original one for as long as I can).Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

I have never put a delivery date on my order forms so that I can reuse them if there isn't an order.
I deliver my catalogues on a thurs/fri to be collected in the following tues/weds and that is when I also deliver any orders as my Order is delivered to me on the monday.
I do my round in 2 halves so one lot of roads knows I always come on the tues and the other roads know I come on a weds. It works well for me. Anyone not in gets a card to call me to rearrange.
Once they are in the pattern they can probably work out better than me when I am due haha.
For new customers I would just put a sticker or post it not on the front of book to tell them I will deliver when collect the book.
Hope all that made sense.0 -

I emailed them, and then they rang me. First woman who rang me had a hard time understanding what I was telling her. Then someone rang me back who did understand and she sorted it out. (They had also sent me a sealed, empty delivery box and half my order was missing )Still looking for the plot...... Anyone seen it???0
