Check under 'Track my Orders' and it will show if it's a Manager Internet Order. If so (or actually even if not) - send Avon an email via the 'contact us' section of your website and tell them you have no knowledge of the order and ask for the amount to be credited back to your a/c. They will either stop it being processed or you may get the goods free!Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Is anyone else having issues with the website at the minute? It is running so slooooowly that it makes my blood boil! I've checked and its not my internet as everything else is running at normal speed. Anyone got any ideas why this would be?0

Hi im just getting started with avon and I notice in the brochure sunscreen/aftersun etc is 3 for £10. Ive told all my friends about this since we're going on holiday soon but I was wondering when will the offer expire or is it good for the duration of the campaign? In general should i assume that all offers will still be there when I go to place the order?0
-
Offers expiring - if an offer like the 3 for £10 appears in, say, brochure 10, it's valid during your Campaign 10 and during your Campaign 11. Ordering from brochure 10 during Campaign 11 is called backordering and it's a really useful tool. You can get more uses out of your books, order fewer books, give backorder books to unreliable people so it doesn't matter if you don't get them back (they're coming to the end of their life, unlike a current book), and do some creative ordering to earn extra cash for yourself (i.e. comparing prices and ordering the cheaper one).
Items may go out of stock, but offers only expire when the brochure does. When you put in the relevant product codes you'll be charged the offer price. When you start your regular C11 order you'll see a table for entering product codes and quantities. On the left is a drop-down menu saying campaign 11. Every time you want to order a product from brochure 10, change the number in the drop-down menu to 10.I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for.I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.

Logged on expecting to see everyone complaining about not getting access to website. I haven't been able to get access since Tuesday. Not my computer tried 3 different ones. Order was to be submitted tonight by 10pm. Hoping that I had everything on apart from orders I had gotten since then. Its been a right royal pain. I am missing out next campaign as I am away so not like I can sort the mess out next order if I haven't.I have never met a calorie yet I didn't like!!0

One of the reps on my team had the same problem as you, denise38, last night (our orders were due on yesterday too) - she ended up coming to me to input her orders.
I did have problems myself last week - even had the SL Helpline on trying to access my web page (which they could) even though I couldn't!
Nooo ideas if this will help others but.... I found that if I'd used a link that had timed out i.e. throws you back to the log on page with the ERROR TIME OUT! message appearing, then that link became useless i.e. I seemed to get stuck in a loop. Come out of Internet Explorer (hmmm... wonder if it could be an IE prob too) and start again with a different link, using google if needs be but I tend to find that the retail site www.avonshop.co.uk usually works fine. IF that still doesn't help you, switch off your computer and start again from scratch.
Hope that helps. Avon are obviously working on the website at the mo so sure that must have something to do with it as well.
Incidentally, know Avon are tightening up on a lot of things but pretty sure if you do manage to input your order today, you will still get your delivery when you expect it next week. Good idea too, to email your ASM and let them know what problems you're having - they should help you input your order if all else fails.
Good Luck.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Afternoon ladies
I'm not sure who posted it now (sorry) about orders being down from last year?? My orders have dropped too and I quite often get notes in my books saying sorry, funds low or can't afford Avon this month.
I've just been given some more territory from my ASM and will meet her for the first time Monday evening. She's running a drop in type session at a pub not too far from me so thought I'd pop along and say hello! I'm hoping she'll provide me with some ideas and perhaps some support to grow my Avon a bit more. Not that my SL doesn't help me of course, she's brill.
I've not tried the demo on the doorstep scenario... does it work?? Most of my customers like to chat when I deliver so maybe I should give it a go. Does anyone drop the latest book off with their deliveries, I was thinking of starting this and seeing how it went.0 -
Yes, have also experienced the general level of customer orders dropping although I can't do a straight comparison because I keep 'converting' customers to reps and giving them my customers, who live near them, so my customer base is a moveable feast! :rotfl:
Always a good idea to meet your ASM if you get the opportunity (chances are they will have some freebies to give away if nothing else!) and, of course, it's always good to put the face to the name.
As for putting the next book in with your orders, yes, I recommend to all my team members that they do that. Good time to catch your customers in 'Avon mode' because they look forward to getting their order and then naturally progress to the next book to see what else they want. Can't remember how many times customers say how pleased they are that the next book's in with their order - always make a point of telling them that when you deliver + a reminder when you're coming back for your book.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

I've had a few people say that can't afford the order once its been placed, which is fine by me. A lot of my customers buy similar if not identical things so I keep the order until it has to go back and use the products for someone else
I did have one customer who text me yesterday apologising loads because she's been made redundant & now can't afford the £28 order she placed. I told her no problem & wished her good luck in finding a new job
DD is not very happy with avon ATM - she ordered pyjamas for her dad out the HT clearance and they're OOS. Told her its not a problem and we'll look tomorrow in the shops for something elseOn the other hand though, she is made up that she has a selection of pyjamas for her coming :rotfl: It works out about the same price to have bought her them from the HT clearance as it would for me to go to the shops
I have three other things temporarily OOS, 1 for me (no problems) but 2 are for a teacher in school so I'm hoping they come in my next delivery as we'll be breaking up for the summer holidays 7 weeks on friday and then she'll be away!
I'm happy to see that my freebies are arriving as wellI reached HOV in all my campaigns so I have the vanity bag with perfume/aftershave samples and the 'superstars' Demo bag coming
Very good timing as the bag johanne sold to me has ripped and its going to make putting my books out easier as I'll be able to set bags up with all the books in. One road currently takes 2 bags per side as there is over 100 houses in it and I can only carry so much  I am going to seriously look at getting a trolley of some sort to put them in
Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0
