I could always change the e-mail registered with Avon to another one so my order confirms and e-mails from my ASM go to that one, but my customers can carry on using the one with "Avon" in it.
I'm thinking the same. I really can't see how they can a) police it and b) benefit from annoying and inconveniencing us when we make their profits for them.
My suggestion to Avon: Give us all a 'signature' that msut be attached to our emails along the lines of
"Each Avon Representative is an independent seller. All information included in this email is provided by the representative and is not necessarily the opinion or regulation of Avon" A bit like the ones you see about the intended recipient etc.
Avon's biggest problems seems to be a lack on common sense when solving any kind of issue. As we have so much common sense on this forum maybe we can help them out!Still looking for the plot...... Anyone seen it???0 -
I've not heard anything about this from anyone until I read it here. I've got loads of business cards & postcards (delivery notices I put through a couple of days before I deliver) with "avon @ my personal domain" on them, not to mention my details stamp, if they're going to cause me problems then they can pay for them to be reprintedCreeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0

Hi ladies,
I was wondering if any of you could help.
I've just had my Avon delivery (First one*) And i have 3 missing items!?
I have called my SL but she's going to be away for 2 weeks, She said she will deal with it once she was back, But i'm due to pay all of my account before she get home.
How do i contact Avon? Is there an email address i could email?
Thanks all,

Are the items showing on your invoice but missing from the box? If so you need to request replacements on the Avon site. Using the code for 'Ordered and invoiced but missing from box'.0 -
Hi all, hope you are all well, I have been so busy I havn't been on here in ages!!
Was just wondering how you are all doing your self employed tax forms, I have been told doing them online is easier so will probably go for that, but what do I need to have with me when I do it? It's the first time I've ever been self employed and had to do this so I'm a bit worried about doing it right!!
Thanks in advance!0 -
Hi dingdongavoncalling, I'm glad you've asked that question as i'm self employed too but as yet I've not had to do a tax return. I too wondered if the online option was better?
Likewise any help advice would be gratefully received0 -

Hi, that's appalling! Bad enough Avon mess it up for you but to get that reaction from your SL is just downright not acceptable!
You don't need to email anyone. Just go to your web page and locate 'My Order', a drop down box should appear and then click on either 'Credit' of 'Replacement' (depending on whether you want the items sending out to you or just want to be credited for them). Locate the items on your invoice, input the amount you want credit/replacement for and the reason code (all the codes are shown on the same page i.e. 54 is ordered, charged but missing from box) When you are sure you have claimed for everything you're missing, just press 'Submit' to Avon.
Am dashing out the door at the mo but have a longer Idiot Guide I've prepared that I send out to my team. Email me if you'd like a copy. avonchris@live.co.uk

The first return I did, I wrote it out on the paper copy, then completed it online. The latest one I just did it straight online. You'll probably find a lot of sections you don't need to enter anything for, so it's a lot quicker to complete that it first looks!Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0

Hiya,
I just wanted to let you know about the courses the HMRC offer. Last week I went on the Self Assessment Online course, previous week I did the Capital and Business Expenses course. They were both incredibly helpful and FREE! My friend is a Phoenix Trader and she had recommended them to me and I am SOOOO glad I enrolled. There are things I just simply would not have known what to do with - let alone what is a legally claimable business expense!
If you log onto the HMRC website and look for the Business Education Team it will show you a load of courses you can enrol on. The trainers are a really friendly bunch who will try to answer even the vaguest questions (I had one which was pretty complicated as I also claim business mileage and associated tax relief from my paid employment but they were able to answer it, much to my relief!). The courses are run all over the country and they will simply send you details of the ones you are enrolled on.
Hope this helps!0 -
Hi I am looking for advice on Stage 3 of the Smart Start scheme, I am aware that I have to achieve Award sales in 2 campaigns (3 & 4)but does anyone know what the value is ?
I emailed my Sales Leader and she said it was the normal MOV and HOV but in both campaigns, however I have been reading the Avon Connects and people on there mentioned other values and that your sales leader should give these to you, so can anyone definitively answer this, as do not want to make presumptions and aim towards the wrong target, just to end up disapointed. ThanksJust because your paranoid does not mean they are not out to get you ! :rotfl:0
