Just seen this on the website, which will come as super news for those of us who didn't receive the "Beat the High Street" brochures with our C9 books, and were planning to give them out with C10:
Campaign 9 Flyer Success
We've already seen amazing results from our recent Campaign 9 flyer with lots of you telling us that you think it's great.
Using this flyer in Campaign 9 will be a great way to help boost sales so make sure you show it to your customers. We do know that during Campaign 10, we may not be able to supply all of the products so we are suggesting that you use the flyer in Campaign 9 but avoid back ordering in Campaign 10.
Supplying the products that you and your customers order is our number one priority so we want to let you know that we may have a supply issue with the following products in the flyer:-- Far Away Dreams Eau de Parfum Spray (we do have a suitable substitute ready)
- Mr Lazy PJ's (we do have a suitable substitute ready)
- Body Trim (we do have a suitable substitute ready)
- Vivitar Camera

Gah! @ the C9 sales book. First they send them out too late so those of us who like to order in advance and be prepped ahead of delivery day had to open up all the bags and add these brochures in when they showed up unexpectedly. Even worse for those reps who use the week between order and delivery to get books out. Now I've added them in to all my backorder C9s - again prepped ahead of time to be organised about it and cover new territory as quickly as possible. Regulars and a few newbies have already got them but I've got 2 big stacks here with them in. Off to remove them. If they were going out to regulars I'd take the chance but I'm covering new houses and don't want any problems.I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for.
I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.

If you haven't tried already - enter your postcode with a space between the first and second part - otherwise the system won't recognise it.Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -
Quick question: will I be charged postage if I need 1 item on an immediate replacement? One item is missing from my order, forunately the cutomer ordered a total of 4 so its not as if its completely missing. Wasn't sure and can't see it anywhere on the website. TIACreeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0

no if it's an immediate replacement it's sent free of charge - it's avon fault so they send it out without charging postage. WE're only charged postage on an additional order (or a regular order below the cost of £10).Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -
I know its a very random question - but if anyone has one of the towels from the suncream offer in C8 - could you weigh it for me please and tell me the weight in grammes?
Need to order one for a rep and post it to her, just need an idea of how much postage will be! Thanks if anyone can help xAvon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -

:eek::mad::eek: AAAARRRGGGHHH! Avon is out to get me at the minute! I have just signed in to the email I use for Avon to find a confirmation email for my c9 order....which I haven't submitted, and don't need to until next week. Even stranger, when I have gone in and looked at my saved order, it all seems to be there. Brochures, the lot. Something really odd is going on. Not a fan of the new site at all. Anyone else having any issues??
ETA: I have just realised I think it is for credits but the wording is so misleading
"We have received your request for Campaign 9
on 18/05/2011 . Your reference number is "Still looking for the plot...... Anyone seen it???0
