A question for you:
- How big is your patch (number of houses)
- Was that what you were originally allocated, or did you get more later?
- How often do you give each customer/house a catalogue? Each campaign or alternate etc
Good luck everyone
Well done for hitting HOV! To answer your questions..I have 125 houses, which is my original allocated territory (but I'm plucking up courage to ask for more as one of my estates has more numbers than my SL told me, so I'm going to ask about having the last ten or so houses). I give most of my houses a catalogue every time; if a house stops returning catalogues I don't give them any more. A couple of my people have them every other time, on or two only at Christmas, which is great cos I feel like I'm more likely to get orders off them!
Our greatest weakness lies in giving up; always try just one more time0 -
Just spotted this ...
The option to print a returns form is currently not available. We have created a temporary solution and placed a copy of the returns form in the download section on this website, titled Returns Form 2011. If required please print the form and complete it in the normal way. We will let you know as soon as this is resolved.

A question for you:
- How big is your patch (number of houses)
- Was that what you were originally allocated, or did you get more later?
- How often do you give each customer/house a catalogue? Each campaign or alternate etc
- I've got 600 in total on allocated streets
- I got about 100 at first, then on my 2nd campaign I went up to around 200, then on my 7th campaign I asked for some more and got a lot more than expected taking me to 450, then I asked for some on my 12th campaign to take me to 600. I've been astonished at being able to get streets allocated so easily especially since my sales weren't reaching what was expected for what I did have - although they are set high. I thought the ASM (who's my direct upliner) would want to recruit a new rep to cover the free streets that went to me, but apparently not. I don't think the streets have been covered in ages either. I come across customers of another rep every now and then but they're not canvassing, which is why they must have been de-allocated, so there's room for me to work. I'm glad it's worked out the way it has - it seems more logical to me to give the streets to an established rep who pays and orders on time than to a new rep who may be brilliant, but who may not. Lots of reps drop out in the early stages.
- I give customers and people who read the book (but haven't ordered yet) a book every campaign unless they say otherwise. People who aren't reading it see 3 books then I re-canvas them every 6 months. People who don't return a book get 2 chances then they're also on the re-canvas list. I keep track of all this in one big Excel sheet so I always know where I am.I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for.I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.

Good Avon day today! Just picked up & most people had left them on doorstep:j
When i got home & added up all orders so far, I've hit HOV. :T Chuffed, as a few days after I'd signed up I was having serious doubts.

Well done on HOV :j
I've around 450 houses on my territory, and those that have ordered from me before get a book every campaign, those that have never ordered get recanvassed around every 3/4 campaigns, though when I first started everyone got a book for the first 3 campaigns.
Which brings me on to my question - has anyone ever stopped doing a part of their territory, I've got a road which I've canvassed and canvassed and canvassed and have got nowhere, I've got about 4 customers out of the 200ish houses and I really get the feeling I'm not going to get any further. It's a lot of pensioners on this road, and the books aren't even getting read - I've tried enticing them in with the offer of a freebie, but they're having none of it, I have them all on the previous campaigns books, and a lot of them don't leave there books out, so it means a lot of door knocking to get books back.
I don't know if I've just been spoilt, my other road is like a dream, lots of people ordering, and they all have their books out and ready for me when I say I'll be back
So I was thinking of saying to ASM/SL 'I'm not canvassing xx road anymore because ..... but is there any more territory round here?' but
I was wondering if anyone had done this before or if it's kind of frowned upon because you're not willing to keep trying with what you already have.
Sorry for the long post0 -
Hi everyone hope you are all well, been away because my laptop has been broken but back on board now.
A quick question regarding the £10 off Anew vouchers, one of my customers ordered two of the starter packs last camp, thus two £10 vouchers. She has ordered a full size Anew kit, she has asked whether she can use both vouchers towards the one produt therefore getting £20 off. On the back of the voucher it suggests you can use more than one but I thought I would ask on here first.
Thanks!Squirrelling away in September No 33It's not about the money, it's about financial freedom, being in control of it and living in the natural world and not a material world0 -
I am pretty sure it states somewhere you can only use one voucher with each purchase... Can't remember where I saw it though! Try inputting it online and see what it does?Still looking for the plot...... Anyone seen it???0

Pretty sure it would only be one voucher per kit - Have just checked the back of the voucher though and it doesn't seem to say anything like 'only one voucher per kit'0 -

It says on the voucher under notes for reps that you need to input the amount of vouchers redeemed, maybe that is for if you have several orders?Squirrelling away in September No 33It's not about the money, it's about financial freedom, being in control of it and living in the natural world and not a material world0 -
