Why do companies have to change things that were working perfectly well
your barcode number is from your returns form. At the back of your invoice, there should be a sheet of barcodes. You need to write the last four digits of the barcode you are going to place on your return. avon scan the barcode when they receive the parcel.0 -
Hi All,
I have a meeting with an ASM this afternoon to find out more about becoming an SL. I'm trying to get on to Avon Connects but having great difficulty accessing it. Can anyone else access it? :-(

Hi Sugarrhunny, I came on here to ask exactly the same question!! I can't get on wither now, but I could about 2 hours ago. I guess they are still sorting out glitches in the system. XxLife is a work in progress0

Has anyone else had this as it is stressing me out. I have 4 customers that have ordered the scales from the beat the high street brochure, they have all made the qualifying spend of £5, I am able to enter each set of scales to the order and they show under view order, if it makes any diference I have entered each customer separately. When I get to the last page of placing my order and go to view sub total it is only showing 1 set of scales.
The qualifying spend is £10 not £5, then they pay £5 for the scales. Is this the problem??Still looking for the plot...... Anyone seen it???0 -
I've just logged into the rep site and got this as an inbox message:Log in errors:

ETA: Just checked my invoice and DD will be delighted to know its all arriving including the piggy bank which she has been pestering me for for months lol But I am not looking forward to dealing with all the books - I've ordered 100 so I can try and cover more of my territory as 50 (which is what I have been ordering) only covers the 4 roads I'm currently serving & work! I'm just wondering how many out of my 420 houses I'll get around this timeSounds alot, but there are a lot of empty houses, and student properties around here

I meant to say they had spent £10 to get them for £5, my pregnant brain gets a bit muddled at the moment. When I called I was told it was an error and I am going to be sent 4, I am not so sure, we will see what Wednesday brings.0 -
I've decided to 'drop' one of my customers. She's a complete pain in the backside, she's ordered a few times before but just lately she's been giving me the run around - she ordered some stuff last campaign and wasn't in when I tried to deliver so I shoved a card through saying I'll be back next day between 4-6pm, but when I went round she still wasn't in, so then she got a card saying ring me to arrange delivery. She didn't.
Anyway when I was delivering my books this time round I thought what the heck and shoved her a book through with a little note asking her if she still wanted her previous order, heard nothing so went round there to pick the book up this morning, had to knock as it wasn't left out, and when she came to the door I asked her about the order I've still got for her, she said she still wanted it so I said I'll pop back shortly, and when I did she's blinking gone out. We even went through the hassle of arranging a time with me , and she had gone out as her car wasn't there.
So, I got halfway through writing a card for her and thought 'Stuff it', It's not like I didn't try.
Most of my customers are lovely and thoughtful, but you always get one that seems to ruin the day, and leave me feeling like I don't know why I bother.
Anyway rant over!0 -
I have a customer like that, I have a C7 order here that I'm still trying to deliver to her. I've given up. Its stuff that other people order regularly anyway so I'll just keep hold of it!Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0
