    Returns Form The option to print a returns form is currently not available. We have created a temporary solution and placed a copy of the returns form in the download section on this website, titled Returns Form 2011. If required please print the form and complete it in the normal way. We will let you know as soon as this is resolved.

    Has anyone else had this as it is stressing me out. I have 4 customers that have ordered the scales from the beat the high street brochure, they have all made the qualifying spend of £5, I am able to enter each set of scales to the order and they show under view order, if it makes any diference I have entered each customer separately. When I get to the last page of placing my order and go to view sub total it is only showing 1 set of scales.

    Whoever mentioned signing someone up with no photo I'd - we can, it isn't compulsory in this country to have photo I'd. While it says one must be photo I'd - ignore it, they did send a message or post on the site somewhere (can't find it at the mo, on my phone) saying it's preferable, but if they don't have it, they don't have it. so long as we see 2 current forms of I'd with their name & address on it's ok. Globally, other countries have to provide photo id to join - but - in their country it's compulsory to have it which is why it's required to join.

    Sigh, I've received a replacement item for something out of stock- the same product, just different colour. It's for one of my best customers (and she's a big spender) and I don't want her to feel obliged to take the replacement so thought I'd try to get it replaced immediately. Only, the reason code the paperwork telling me about the replacement has used doesn't exist on the website! Don't entirely know what to do, it's really bugging me

    you can email Avon through contact us on the website and ask them to replace it with the correct item.

    go to the very bottom of your account,in small writing across the bottom are some options, including downloads and contact us.

    Thank you for your recent email.


    We can confirm that you can print the credit and replacement details using the following instructions:
    • Hover over the My Order Section
    • Click on Order Tracking
    • Click on the link relating the credits/replacement which have just been submitted
    • Click on the + icon beside the credit/replacements; the page will expand to show them
    • Click on the printer icon
    • Ensure that you prints two copies
    • Write the last four digits of the barcode on the front of the copies and your account number, name and address on the back
    • One copy is to be put in the parcel
    • The other is your Proof Of Returns
    Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Oh dear I didn't see a barcode number when I printed out my form, I havent got access to a printer again now til Wed :(

    yes me too, only this time with toothbrushes. I had to phone the rep line and get them added on manually- and then cross my fingers in the hope they would come:)
