I'm always wary if people ask things like that - always sounds to me like their planning on returning things anyway
Not necessarily.
I've been given some of the freebies as gifts before so perhaps if they were intending to give it to someone as a birthday present then they would be in a difficult spot to get it back.
Don't think the worst of people and don't think the best either !!
I thought the whole point of the "no quibble" policy was to encourage people to try things in a risk free way.0 -

Thanks. So really my credit limit is 242. I really struggled to get any answers from the man this morning.0 -
Hi just a quickie, I have just paid my first balance online, how long does it normally take between paying and showing as paid on your account ?Just because your paranoid does not mean they are not out to get you ! :rotfl:0

She's a work colleague with a very sensitive skin so I think she just wants to make sure she can keep the bag as she is really keen to have it and it's taken me a while to get her to buy, so would hate to have to charge her extra.
Thanks - I will tell her to go ahead and hope for the best!

Antler bag - did only 1 of your customers order the bag, but did other customers order enough make-up to qualify? For example I could have had £100-worth of orders from the section of C9 that qualified you for the bag. So I could have ordered 10 if I wanted. If only 1 person ordered the bag then returned their goods Avon wouldn't automatically demand the bag back. That's the beauty of doing an order in one long list. I don't know how the new option of splitting orders by customer is going to effect that. I've occasionally allowed a customer to order something for a cheaper price - knowing that another customer has made the minimum spend but chosen not to buy the special offer item.I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for.
I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.

Evening all...... does anyone know where to find the return forms to print off or do we have to do it manually with the books? I've had a good look on the new site but can't see anything that resembles this. Please can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks
p.s Congratulations Claree_x0 -

Hi the returns form is on the downloads page, to get there click on home page of www.avon.uk.com the one you see when you are logged in as a representative. scroll to the bottom of this and along the bottom there is a list of other pages, click on the one that says downloads, and find returns form listed under miscellaneous section
or use this link to get to downloads page:
http://www.avon.uk.com/REPSuite/downloads.page You wil need to log in to access this link
or this link to go direct to returns form:

Just the one. I only do F&F and don't always reach MOV so the fact she wants to spend over £20 will give me my discount this month so am keen to make sure she's happy.
Thanks for the suggestions.

Thanks Tiggerlilly for your help, that's great!
The returns forms are the same as the books, so I've ended up filling the book in to save printer ink! Wonder why they've not used the old online form that they had on the system before, it was really quick to use.
Have a good day everyone.0 -
