Arrrggghh! I really need to vent. Avon are driving me bonkers. Someone please save my sanity!!!
Issue one: My returns disappeared and I can't find my copy of the slip anywhere. I told avon ,and they said on this occasion they would credit my account. Sent them a list of what was in it as requested and they send another email asking for the recipt which I have told them THREE times I can't find :mad:
Issue 2: Half my delivery hasn't come despite being on my invoice. I even got an empty box! Someone who couldn't understand me rang and eventually said they would try to sort it out in 5 - 7 working days.
Issue 3: They sent me C9 instead of C10 and I never got any beat the high street brochures. She said the only ones were issued with C7 order to go with C9. I said No, I didn't get any. Yes, yes all reps had them with C7. I pointed out I knew reps who had received them with C10 books. They will now send within 5-7 working days, hopefully
Issue 4: I didn't know invoices 'disappeared' online after a certain time so hadn't kept all copies. I emailed to ask for copies for tax purposes as I hadn't realised I wouldn't be able to access them. I got a stupid email about being self employed etc... GRRR I know, and i am. I just want copies which they must have as they have to keep their own records. Can they not read emails???:mad:

And...... breathe..... I feel better for just getting it out. Sorry to bore you all. I just don't need all this at the minute. I thought copy invoices was a simple query! :rotfl:

Have a look under replacements and see if it comes up? You can find the correct code for the new size by looking in the online brochure that she ordered from originally.

Can anyone tell me how to save the invoices to my computer? I need to send copies off to some department at HMRC/job centre and would rather send one like that than send the ones that come with the orders to save some postage costs

Open the invoice, right click on it and choose to save a copy. store them in a file and make sure you put the campaign number in the file name to make it easy for yourself. I email them to housing benefit along with my pay slips as I find it the easiest wasy to keep them up to date. HTH

Thinking of buying a stamper with my details on to save me time with order forms just got a few queries.
1. How well do stampers work on the order form is it reasonably clear on the second sheet?
2. I do not really want to put my full address on, is it ok to simply put name, mobile and email contact details?

From my experience they don't come out on the second sheet, so I don't bother unless I have an order. Then when I'm seperating the sheets I just stamp the second sheet I also stamp my calling cards so if the customer wants to get in touch when I've put a card through the info is already there

My stamp has my name, mobile number & email address. Thats it, I won't share any more with anyone (except a couple of customers who I trust)

:rotfl:If I don't laugh I will cry, Avon have just rung me again to say I signed for the box so it's not a claim?? Whatever that means, so explained all over again that the box was there but nothing in it... and it seems the penny has actually dropped... hurrah!

No there's no automatic thing for sending emails as far as I know - but, it could be that your order isn't showing their end due to a technical problem. If you've submitted it and it's showing on track your orders then don't worry x

Hi everyone.
I signed up to Avon last week and am currently doing campaign 11. I have about 250 pounds worth of orders already and still have 1 and a half streets to go.
It has taken me 3 days to catch up on all of the posts on here and I have finally got to the end so thought I would say hi
