I managed to add on a customer, and then it crashed when I was doing the second - and yes its back down again. They must be close though to sorting it out.
And it looks like so far it hasn't lost the bits I put on my order.0 -

I had a quick look and already have 3 customers on my list. One I'm not sure I actually know. Can customers add themselves to reps through connects?C1 = £643.17, C2= £60.51, C3 = £376.48, C4 = £331.58, C5 = £422.570 -
My order seemed to be intact too. Hopefully it'll be back soon so we can get a proper look at it0

Afternoon ladies, just had a quick look at the new Avon site but it crashed whilst I was looking at it
. I'm pleased that I managed to put the majority of my order on last night as I think this is going to take a bit of getting used to.
I also have a customer on my list who isn't a customer (if that makes sense) have no idea who the lady is!
Also where has the subtotal gone? Does that mean we can no longer see how much our order is worth?0 -

Took me a while to find the subtotal. You have to keep clicking continue to the last page before you submit your order and it's halfway down that screen. Bit of a hassle really, hope they put it back where it was originally.
I also have a random customer I've never met - I wonder where they're all springing from?!0 -

hi everyone, i joined avon in campaign 8 and thought i would pop along and join the thread. while i'm here i've got a couple of quick cheeky questions! firstly in my c8 delivery i was invoiced for an item that i had ordered but the wrong colour was in the box, so i ordered an item that didnt turn up and recieved an item that i didnt order if that makes sense! what do i do about getting the right item sent in the next box? can i return the wrong item and reorder the right one, or do i do a replacement? i have emailed my asm but she hasnt got back to me. also i need to change my delivery instructions, i'm in work the day my stuff is delivered, initially i said to leave the order at the shop across the road but have since changed my mind, i'm not overly comfortable leaving returns with them and dont think its fair to expect them to take the order in every time, i was thinking of asking them to leave it in my greenhouse but dont know who to tell. finally i'm trying to log into the site atm and i cant get in, i missed one of the numbers off my account number at first and now its directing me to the forgot password page but it has 'title missing' printed in a few places and wont let me move on from the page, it just keeps returning an error, do you think its down to new site issues or have done something really wrong?!
