Has anyone figured out how to get the return form on the new website if you don't print them out straight away?? I used to go into order tracking and then click on the order number. Now I can see a button that says print, but nothing to print the actual return form to put in the returns box.

They seem to be recharging me for pretty much all my returns at the moment! Advice to anyone new to Avon, keep your copies of all your returns forms in good order!:)

I'm just looking for that and can't find it anywhere! I thought the emails had a link on but I don't know if its just my gmail but not even that has a link to print the form.

The credits/replacements help guide doesn't show how to get into an existing credit.

Other than that the website looks nice & seems easy to use!

Evening all! Anyone else had the page of T's & C's on their first trip into the new website? If so, have we established yet if them putting this on there means that something has been changed? I'm planning to skim-read anyway but am curious to know whether anyone has spotted anything glaringly obvious! Ta!

No T&C's showing for me. Ordered my C9's last night but had a shufti tonight and tried to add some HT goodies to my basket. Seems more complicated to me. Can't find any online clearance offers in the tabs either, just a couple of random offers.

Also have a pre-loaded customer - no idea who she is.

On connects a SL has added me to her groups. I have never heard of her but cannot delete myself from them. Really cross about that as if she wants a 'piece of me' she should have the good grace to introduce herself. Have only dealt with my area sales development manager in the last couple of years.

I haven't tried this myself, but someone on Connects said to print off returns forms you go to the e-suite homepage and find "credits" in small writing at the bottom.

Wrong item sent - I'd do a replacement. When you do one you type in the code of the item you really want. So when an item's missing completely you just type the same code in again, and when you've got the wrong product you put the right one in. At the end of the process you'll get a returns form to print out because they'll want the wrong product back. If you can't print it out then it doesn't matter - see the bit above about going back to print out returns forms.

Delivery - ringing the couriers should mean you can change your "safe place"/delivery address. Your upliner will have the number, or you can try Googling it if you know the name - for some reason my courier has no web presence so trying that didn't work for me! There's a section in your profile on the e-suite (on the old one anyway), where you can put a safe place down, but your situation could be different if you've put the shop across the street as the delivery address.
I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for. :( I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.

thanks for advice, i managed to get on early this morning so the password thing was obviously down to the site. i changed my safe place in my profile, the shop was listed as a safe place not delivery address so that was straight forward, however, i tried to do a return for the mising eyeshadow and also a bag that is going back, i didnt get to a returns form and then got a message saying something along the lines of thank you for your campaign 9 order. it wasnt my order though, i havent put anything through for c9 yet, i have another week and am still waiting on a few orders off people, does this mean i've done something wrong? will i now have to pay for an additional order to get my actual order through? on my order tracking page its listed as c9 and stored, not sure what that means, and its not yet showing as pending credits on my account balance page, is it just that it doesnt go through straight away or have i made a boob?!
    thanks,
    Jen

Morning all, I went on the new site today but didn't really notice that much difference. That will probably be once I try to place an order ! I have two ladies in the "my customers" section, haven't a clue who they are but they have an "e" by them which apparantly means they are an e-customer. So do we think that means they have ordered privately on the website ? it includes their email address so am I supposed to email them and say "hi, would you like me to drop a brochure in" ?
