Nah it's meant to go with C9 as thats the number thats written on it, I didn't get them with my delivery of C10 books, nor my C9 books - but then randomly when I did an additional order for some more C9s they sent me the sale booklets. I think for what ever reason, they're just late in sending out the sale booklets!

I have got my C10 books and didnt get them with those either! Do you pay for them or order them separately?

they were supposed to have been sent with C9 books, mine were.

You can't order them now, as they would have been with your C9. You could try asking your ASM if they have any spare, for backordering on C10 but remember stuff maybe out of stock by backordering.

If you ordered you C9 books to be delivered in C7 - You might find that they arrive with your C8 order. Which in my opinion is late - I'll already have my C9 books packed this weekend before my delivery comes Monday, and if I hadn't already got some sale booklets, I certainly wouldn't spend the time repackaging all my books again to add in the sale book!

To support the 2011 Avon UK business objectives we are introducing two new charges for Independent Avon Representatives.
Small Order Charge
From the start of Campaign 9 (Campaign 11 for Trendsetters) 2011, we are introducing an administrative charge of £2.50 for any order between £0.01 and £9.99.
Paper order charge
From the start of Campaign 11 (Campaign 13 for Trendsetters) 2011 there will be a £1.00 administration charge to cover the processing costs of all paper order forms. This charge will include main orders, additional orders, returns and replacements.

this stops you putting in a small order of just order forms if you want to skip a campaign.

But you could still order something for £10 and then return it if you changed your mind later couldn't you??

Anyone have any idea why as part of my order I have received 1 free pack of book 10s .... It is additional to my order and says free on the invoice!!??? Not complaining lol, just intrigued

yes, but for most people it is the hassle of prepping it for the courier, in my case leaving it for someone, so that the courier can collect from them. Only so much goodwill here in my street....

Surely if you only order forms that are free then the £2.50 charge won't apply as it specifically says £0.01 -£9.99. (apologies if this has been discussed previously I haven't had time to do anything Avon related in the past couple of weeks, just popping on quickly this afternoon before delivering some books!).

My problem is that I buy my books of my SL so they always send me a 55p book, so I can't ever get away with ordering anything free. I have a great courier that will pick up or leave a box from a hideaway location round the side of my house, but I go away the day before C10 delivery, so it could be sat there for a week! I do have housemates so hopefully the courier will pop a note thru the door so they know to bring it in.

Surely there should be some kind of concession for holidays - you should be able to have x campaigns off a year where you don't get charged!
