I am a bit dis-appointed with my delivery today.
I still have items missing that they said they would send which were missing from my last order :mad:0 -
Hi, Apologies if this has been asked before, but can these £10 packs be returned if it has been opened? Customer has had them before but not keen on the one just received. Obviously the items have been opened to check for colour etc, but not used.
Does the usual returns policy still apply?

Quick Question
First delivery due tomorrow and order online says it has been prepared.
Would it say on the online invoice if any replacements were being sent as alot of my order had yellow circles on when I placed it saying stock at risk.

Yes it'll say on your online invoice if there'd an replacements or anything out of stock.
For the packs - I think it says in the books that you can't, but I'm sure I've returned them opened in the past with no problem so long as everything is there it should be ok.Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -

QQ - When im ordering my bits online and it asks me to put in how many customers there are, Do i add myself if i have ordered bits from HT or clearance brochures?
I have another question but cant remember it lol!!

ARGH!!!!!! Just collected in a book from a girl who said she had lost her book with her order in it, gave her another to do her order, just been to get it and the tick sheet has her phone number on it and no bloody order! No idea what to do about it, whether to text that number or whether to just let it go!

I would text her and just say ' Hi, I noticed you put your number on here, Was there anything that you wanted to order?' You can but try!

I could use some help asap please with a question.... thank you in advance! Just had an email from Avon to say there is £5.47 outstanding on my account - it said as follows
"Our records from last night showed that you still had an outstanding balance on your account of £5.47. If you have made a payment, thank you. If you have not yet found the time, please do so now.

Now this balance owing is for two items that I have marked down for return and refund.... should I pay this amount or not? And what is the likelihood of my getting a late payment charge or my placing of my order tonight being declined?
