I !!!!ed up with C8
I checked all my products to make sure I ordered the right thing but I didn't realise that as part of an offer I had to order the night cream (P74) as a different code to get it for the £10 so I've just cost myself £15
I tried to call fasttrak about it but the woman was so unhelpful! My Debt Free Diary

Order it correctly as a back order in c9 order, then return it as the more expensive one, means you won't be out of pocketAvon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0

You're a genius.
My team just got beat so I'm currently out pounding the streets in a foul mood putting a mixture of C8 and C9 to new territory in the hope I get some orders before I go on holiday. They only have 2 days to look at the books which isn't ideal but c'est la vie.My Debt Free Diary

Hi all, feel a bit guilty coming on to ask advice as I only have time to really lurk rather than contribute to this thread, sorry guys.
I thought in campaign 10 as it would be 2 yrs for me with avon I would offer a few gift incentive/thank you. The thing is I'm not sure what amount to set the incentive spend at. Do you think it would be ok to do different levels say spend over £10 for free gift worth x amount and then spend over £20 for a free gift of higher value? Or I could just do £10 for the ones who spend just under that and for the house that always spend more than that set theirs at £15 or £20? Or keep them all at one same spend level? Which do you think would be the most sucessful? Def want to do something, was also going to put cards in to say thanks for supporting me.
Thanks for any help and I really will try and get on here and post more often.

I think it's better to keep the same level for everyone as you never know who knows who - a lot of your customers might know each other! Having the choice of 2 gifts sounds good though, for £10 and £20 spend. Would help encourage all of your customers to spend a little more than they usually doAvon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0

My ASM just emailed me to say that one of the streets she'd given me was actually allocated to someone else, made worse by the fact I put 30 books out there last night! I feel awful!! Some apologies to be made if the rep gets in touch!
How can my ASM get it so wrong though? Surely it's either allocated or not.
That was my last chance for territory orders before I go away as well so unfortunately I'm not going to get any at all - raging! I feel so bad as well, the other rep is going to think I'm an absolute cow.My Debt Free Diary

Hey ladies,
I was hoping that some of you Avon ladies could answer some of my questions about becoming a rep?
A lady who works my street has contacted all her biggest customers asking us if we want to start working with Avon.
This is something I would be interested in, But I’m not quite sure how it works.
I have read the FAQ’S on here, Its says there is a start up fee, Of £15, How is that paid?
Also you have to buy your own books, So is that the price for X amount of books - plus the start up of £15?
Is there targets?
When getting your territory can you choose the streets easiest for you? Or are you just given what’s free?
Also how does the order’s work, Do you need to pay for the goods upfront upon order, Or do you get given credit & pay all remaining cost once the rep has been paid?
Sorry for the essay ladies, I just don’t want to waste anyone’s time, Finding out later its not for me! :jFuture goals:

Hiya, I have oly started just over a week ago so i will answer this as best i can
The £15 start up fee is spead across your first 2 campaigns so £7.50 on the first and £7.50 on the second so you are not actually 'handing' money over out of your pocket!
You get your first 2 campaigns worth of books given to you, usually 20 books for each campaign, After that you can order books in packs of 5, ordering 15 books works out at £4.86 then every 5 pack after that is 50p!
For your first 6 campaigns there are targets to hit which is your 'smart start incentive'.
You get given your territory, They will give you whatever is clostest to you to make it easier for you, Then you can sell to your friends and family too!
You order your goods and get credit on your account then pay it off once you have delivered your goods. Through your bank or giro!
Hope this makes things a bit clearer, Good job i have a good sales leader to explain this to me otherwise i would be tearing my hair out lol!!
