I've just sorted my avon order and I have 6 things missing and they are not on the sheet. I know i put the orders on the computer because i mark the order forms when they are on however maybe they didnt save when I did it. What should i do?

I had this a couple of campaigns ago, I emailed Avon listing the missing items and stressing that this was inconveniencing my customers and risked me loosing them, and asked if they could help at all. I received the items about 7 days later in an additional order.

Random thing to ask in an Avon thread.

I hope you have a better time sorting this out than I did! E-mailing or ringing them is the way to go, although you shouldn't have to do an additional and pay p+p and lose discount because of a mistake with their system. Some people on Connects are reporting huge swathes of their orders not even being on the invoice, and other technical problems are still happening.

I was having a saga getting a Clearskin demo pack delivered. In the end they sent about 3/4 of the original pack (no Professional things), and charged me full brochure price so even with my discount it cost more than the original pack I ordered. They're all going straight back.
I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for. :( I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.

If you log into your account, go to contact us at the bottom and use that to contact them.

I had problems saving my order last time, it went as though it had saved but didn't actually add the items to the order I had to keep trying. Always worth double checking your order online against your order forms before you submit. If you keep your order forms in the order you enter them it doesn't take long.

I just checked my invoice and it said some stuff was out of stock and will be delivered asap - do I have to pay for it now even though I don't have it? Surely I can't ask customers for it so it'd be out my own pocket.

Also, how long can I expect to wait for it to be delivered? Will it be in the next delivery or do they send out stuff separately?

You don't have to pay for the things OOS, and likewise your customers will only pay for the things they receive at the time. Some customers might try to pay for the things OOS so they know it's all paid for, but it's up to you whether you want to do this. It could just get messy if the OOS things become permanently OOS, you'll end up with customers in credit... I just prefer to be "even" at all times.

The OOS things will arrive with your next scheduled delivery (as long as they're in stock of course, I've ended up waiting yet another campaign sometimes).

Hi all, Quick question, I know that ordering from the HT mag dont count towards your comission but if people order out of the small sales brochures like the one that was with C8, Does that count towards you total sales and comission as i have had 2 people order from this!!

    Thanks

I just collected in 12 books (I put out 17) and not one order. Absolutely everyone's ignoring my 'do you want another book' flyer as well, I even stapled it to the outside of the bag so they could tick it easier!

I only have this week to do C9 'cause I'm on holiday next week so I'm a wee bit worried about it now :(

I have had to do some returns this camp. However, I forgot to print out the returns form (doh) does anyone know how I can access them?
