    When did you put the credit through on your account? If you click on account balance it should show pending credits. See if it is there, if so it will go on.
    Still looking for the plot...... Anyone seen it???

    That is what I find confusing as it does show that the credits are pending but I have still had this email....

    If you are worried, give them a call. It sounds like an automated email, so I don't think anyone has actually looked at it properly. avon can be thick on occasion!

    It'll be fine, your credit will be added soon. So long as your balance is below £20 anyway your order won't be held so it'll be fine x

    Counting yourself as a customer - yes I count myself when putting the customer number down. Every individual who's ordered (so friends of customers and my friends and family) is counted. I have my street allocated to me to counting myself helps with meeting Avon's expected customer numbers, too - not that it's still anywhere near what they say. They say reps are Avon's best customers so I don't think it's much to ask that we can count ourselves.
    I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for. :( I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.

    Thanks....I haven't had these brochures with my C9 catalogues as it's only my second campaign so got them off my manager
