    Ooooooh *Excited*

Just looked at my invoice and it says ...

    1 Service Anniversary Gift FREE
1 Christian Lacroix Absynthe Beauty Bonus Bag Free
1 Nailwear Pro Nail Enamel Golden Dream Free

Anyone know what it is? Is it really the perfume?

And first time ever EVERYTHING I ordered is coming and all my returns seem to have arrived as they should have. :T

Your asm probably means more than she expects territory to canvassed regularly - when they say they expect every house to get a book it's obviously not true - they know (A) it's not possible, and (B) if anyone has said they don't want a book/throw it away you obviously won't keep going to them. Asms have to keep on top of territory and make sure everyone is making the most of their patch - plenty of reps will deliver books once, then just keep those few customers and never bothering delivering to the other houses every again, even though they would obviously get new customers as people move/come to trust them. Just take what they say with a pinch of salt, wording it that way (every house to get a book) just makes it really obvious to those that never canvass, that they should do!

Hi newbeginning, unfortunately the Christian Lacroix Absynthe Beauty Bonus Bag Free is just what it states 'Free Bag'! I also got the bag and the nailwear pro golden dream free as my Service Anniversary Gift. They've obviously had a lot of stock left over to get rid of! :D

However, the bag is quite nice and I will probably use it for my holidays but the nail polish will probably head in my mom's direction.

    Sorry to dampen your excitement!

Thought it was too good to be true - please tell me it's a handbag and not like a make up bag thingy?
The nail varnish sounds pretty awful - and that's just going by the name, 'Golden dream' makes me think of something else that I'm not sure I'm allowed to say around here :o

    How did she manage that?

Sorry - just dropped in & noticed your post. Not here all that often these days.

As I recall it was Marsden Cuckoo. She had gone to keep an appointment with a potential sign-up who wasn't in when she got there. Apparently the residents had to use a key to unlock the door on their way out, but of course MC didn't have a key  Someone else may remember more of the detail.

Being horribly claustrophobic, I always used to jam the door open if they had an automatic close system, just in case the unlatch button didn't work :D

Rejoining the fold briefly next week - taking in and packing up delivery for EssexHebridean. Hope I remember how to do it :rotfl:

But it would be impossible to cover all of your territory every campaign.

If people don't want a book why would you keep giving them one and even if you did they would be very cross about it.

I always keep an eye out for people moving and then approach the new people.

I recanvass the whole area two or three times a year.

The number of books ordered isn't a great indicator as they could be used many times in a campaign. I must admit that I have cut back on the number of catalogues I order but am still working the same way I always have but giving some customers the previous campaign.

Really not meaning to sound snarky but would love to know how your ASM thinks that is possible.

ASM's are well paid to think anything is possible :p

Mine appears to have the ability of communicating telepathically unfortunately, I don't appear to have that skill ;)

Either that or she really couldn't give a monkies as long as I'm plodding on.

I used to tell mine, when she told me to buy more books to canvass with, that I couldn't afford more books, as that time, avon was my only job and if I bought more books, I would owe Avon money, and how did she want me to deal with that? and to give me more territory!
