Hi, I don't have a large customer base and I'm certainly no expert but this is how I work.

Monday - Order arrives, I sort and bag it up.

Tuesday - I deliver my catalogues enclosing a newsletter reminding them that I will be delivering their orders the next day, how much it is and who to make cheques out to. I highlight any offers/problems and just some chit chat about something that caught my eye in the catalogue.

Wednesday - I deliver early evening and they always have their money/cheque ready. Some customers also give me their catalogue back. A few customers leave their money on the doorstep if they are out and I leave their orders - This always makes me smile.

I then collect the catalogues back on the Monday.

I upload orders as I get them and avoid the last minute panic of trying to get them all done at once.

I keep a list of customers, which catalogue they are on and tick them off as I deliver and collect their orders.

Not sure if that helps at all.

Hello ladies I wonder if you would mind helping me find a lipstick? A customer has asked me about one of the colortrend lipsticks 'pink diamond' but it appears to have vanished out of their books. Anyone know what colour has replaced it or if its coming back??

Hi inaminute.... I've had a look and it doesn't look like it's in any of the brochures coming up, so I'm guessing it's discontinued. I don't think it's been replaced as there used to be 12 in the range and there are only 8 in the latest brochures.
In brochure 7 there is one called Pink Sunrise (27086) which looks quite similar in a previous picture - you could always order it and send it back if the customer doesn't like it.

Have noticed that some of the make-up offers in C7 can be bought cheaper as two units in C6 so check your creative ordering carefully.

Had a great time today at the LG Arena with the Believe World Tour. Feeling very inspired! Made two new sales leader friends. I drove from Chester and picked up the coach from Wrexham, really easy. Day well spent with motivational speakers and Olly Murs :-) Thanks Avon!

Wonder if I saw any of you there today In case I did then I was the blonde lady in a black dress, black coat and a grey hat (darned that Olly copying my style!!! LOL) - didn't spot anyone else with hats on so think if you saw a hat it's pretty reasonable it was me
