Hi, just wondered if someone could give me a bit of advice please - I've recently been allocated territory and need to start canvassing but I can't seem to get myself organised enough!

I'd love to see someone's "schedule" as to when you deliver brochures, when you collect, when you deliver orders etc, over a full 3 week campaign....

I'm trying to do it so that I get into a routine and do things on the same day every time, but can't get my head round it :mad:

Hi ladies,

I haven't posted for a while but wondered if anyone else has had the same problem with the Anew Rejuvenate Night Cream or whether its only me?

I can use the day cream no problem so thought I'd give the night cream a go but I seem to be having some kind of reaction to the cream. I thought at first it was something else I was using so I did an experiment and used it again last night and this morning I woke up with both of my eyes virtually closed, they were so puffy!

I'm following the instructions and not putting it close to my eyes but I guess it must contain a different ingredient to the day cream and my eyes just don't like it.

Like I said, just wondered if this had happened to anyone else?? I brought it as a sample size in the demo pack (14 day system). Might email Avon and see what they say.

Here's my schedule (I made a table in Word actually to keep a track of what needs doing on what day, depending on what type of week it is).

Order Week - on the Tuesday of this week my order goes in.

Wed - first day of new campaign.
- Write out order confirmation slips for orders from the last campaign and post them out. I find people don't take note of the delivery day on the order form. I get the odd phonecall after putting order confirms out from people who need to rearrange. They've got no excuse to not be in. Lots of people hang onto these slips and even give them back at delivery.
- update my customer list with any new ones
- update my canvas spreadsheet
- write my deliveries out in a notebook ready for delivery day
- put my order forms in order of delivery so I can put them in different boxes (depending on area) and put the urgent deliveries at the top of the pile so they get bagged up first. I've always got everything bagged up in time to go out for the first batch, but just in case I make sure the first batch is a priority.

Saturday or Sunday
- prep books ready to go out to customers and non-customers

Other than that I keep "order week" free while I wait for delivery. When doing a new area I used order week to have books out and would collect them on the Sunday, but that leaves a 3-week wait for goods.

Delivery Week

Mon - delivery arrives. Do one batch that evening. Deliver books to customers and non-customers.

Wed - Do second batch in the evening. Deliver books.

Sunday - depending on whether I need to re-circulate books I might collect some in on this Sunday. The ones I collect in will be from people I'm not sure about yet.

I have the odd other delivery on other days this week if people have asked.

Normal Week

Mon - send out any e-brochures. Collect stragglers if I had a collection the day before.

Tue - re-prep books collected over the past couple of days. Put them out to re-canvas, new area, etc..

Sun - collection day for any book out there. So at this point some people will have had it for nearly a week, and my regulars nearly 2 weeks.

The next day we're back into "order week". I collect any stragglers from the day before. Put order in on the Tuesday.

I also have what I call "network customers" who are local businesses. They need to be done during the week during work hours so they're on a slightly different pattern. But I stick to the same weekday for drops and collections and deliveries.

I've made a new Avon "like" page (only have 16 likers though lol) Hoping to get things going properly now that I can get out and about more etc. Fingers crossed I'll finally get some territory soon.

I, Geek - thanks for that, really helps to see how someone else does it and should help me get my head round things

Definitely going to be easier now the nights are lighter too!

Hi all, another quick question from me...

When you are awaiting your c6 order, do you start putting c7 books out again around your territory or do you wait until you have actually delivered orders before putting books back out? I just wondered how the people who were awaiting orders arriving would take it?

I put out next brochure with their orders and try to cover as many customers as possible in that week. But I know others do it differently.
