    Is there something going on with the Hellow Tomorrow Clearskin Pack?

    I ordered one and it's not on my invoice either - What happened to yours?

    I'm still waiting for mine. I got a reply 10 days ago saying the item has been re-ordered and will be here in 5-7 working days, which means it's due any day now...

    Did you e-mail them or have you just found out it's missing? E-mailing seems to have sorted it. Like with immediate replacements I know to be prepared to wait a bit longer than stated so I'm doing the same with this.

    There seems to have been a few glitches in the system last campaign - missing subtotal button.
    I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for. :( I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.

    Yes I heard about this, which gives me hope that they're going to keep it going in the UK - I think we're one of the few (if only) country that has it.

    It was just that the comments about getting rid of it had come from ASMs of all people. Maybe they'd misunderstood, or the reps and SLs they told misunderstood them - Chinese whispers effect. There was a message from Gail Reynolds on Connects saying that Avon wants to make it so that every sale goes through a rep. There was also a little paragraph in HT earlier this year saying people will be able to view an e-brochure and load orders directly onto our accounts without having to e-mail or phone us. It was done in the most understated way - but I think that's a big development and would like to know more. It sounds like it brings us alongside US reps who have their own site for customers to order from.

    Believe me I'm pro keeping territory. Had quite an involved discussion on Connects about the pros and cons. I see far too many cons to outweigh the pros.

    Re-canvassing - my aim is once every 6 months but sometimes things work out so I can do it sooner - had too many C5s then got some free C6s. So mine's gone:

    Aug 2010 - first canvas, didn't go back to non-returners
    Late Nov/early Dec - dropped cards to non-returners, got 1 call
    Jan - first canvas of a new area
    Feb - 6 weeks later went back to houses from Jan who hadn't returned books.
    March - continued re-canvas of houses from Jan and covered houses from August (who'd also got the card in Nov).

    I'm going to time it so there's always a re-canvas in Nov/early Dec to get Christmas orders. I would have done one in May this year but since I've finished it early I'm not so sure. Might do a few at a time if I've got spare books.

    Every time I get more nos so I might end up with no houses to re-canvas at all (excluding new people moving in - keep an eye out on Rightmove). After a few re-canvases I think I'll move people onto 1 re-canvas a year - that'll take time when they're 6 months apart!

    For me its simple. No territory, no customers - I can see no advantage to doing away with territory at all, just a big bunfight and ridiculous pricing by reps to secure business.

    On a brighter note, collected last 3 out of 4 brochures outstanding and got one more customer (previous customer, split with OH, house empty, someone moved in, no response to brochure a couple of months ago) so really happy with recanvass. Want to do more next week but it'll be a 4 week wait for delivery so perhaps I should hold off till following week? (Next week is order week for me).

    Hello, I'm afraid that I am a bit of a lurker but am always amazed at what I learn on here.

    I have a rather strange question about the Rejuvenate eye cream. I've just been showing a friend the new trial pack and she asked if the eye cream usually comes in a plastic of glass container. It's the blue range for age 30+.

    I have no idea why it would make a difference but it would appear to. The mind boggles at what bothers some people ;)

    It says 1 of each pack per rep in the small-print, but I would wonder if that's per campaign.

    It was my first time of ordering it, though. It was done as a backorder and even though it doesn't say that's not okay, I'm wondering whether the computer saw the backorder and assumed I was ordering my second pack.

    Still didn't show up today...

    Just submitted my first c6 order - hope it is ok, my SL was meant to come over and check it yesterday but not seen her or had any message from her.

    Am I right in thinking that the deadline to submit the order was 10pm this evening? If so, I didn't have much choice but to submit it otherwise I wouldn't have gotten the items delivered on time.

    Feeling a bit abandoned I have to say lol! I am all for getting on with it and coping myself but I would like some confirmation or assurance that everything on the order was as it should be. Ah well, will find out soon enough I guess! :o

    DON79 that is outrageous!!! If I were you I would have given your SL a call to say where is she!!! If you made an appointment then she should have kept it, if not at least contacted you to say she couldn't make it. She can actually see your order through her account so could easily check it from the comfort of her own home if necessary. If today is your submission date then yes, ideally you need to have it in by 10pm but the system doesn't shut off at that time so you can submit it later without an issue. One of my reps submitted a whole 24 hours late and still got her delivery on time. Not sure that would be the case every time though. Well done for carrying on with it all yourself, even if your SL hasn't been there for you. Make sure she knows she let you down though! Feedback, good or bad is always worthwhile.

    Only used the night cream and that came in a glass container. Hopefully someone else can help or you could try emailing avon direct.
