I'm a rep, but luckily it's for me lolstill, annoying though. My water bottle, gym towel etc will NOT fit into a tummy toner, that I am sure... And Call Centre Lady(tm) was most unfussed when I told her, and mostly whinged at me that I didn't just schedule a replacement via the automated system/internet - erm, !!!!!!?

Just submitting my first order, can someone help me please with pricing of the brochures for campaign 8? what is the price per pack? I can see that if you order 3+ packs then additional packs are just 48 p but I am a bit confused about the price per pack for the first three packs? If that makes sense, lol.BSC #215/No.1 Jan 09 Club0

Hi. The first 3 packs are charged @ £4.86 so £1.62 per pack of 5. Thereafter you will be charged the discounted rate of 48p. I assume to stop people ordering tons of books they don't need as they would be fairly expensive for Avon to have printed. Don't forget, you can always use your books from the campaign you are just submitting to canvass for new customers and give your current customers the new books. This way you don't need so many. Do keep a note of who you have on which book though, so they get the right one next time and to make it easy to check when you input the orders. HTHStill looking for the plot...... Well that's perked me up! Collected 14 brochures and got 2 new customers from my territory - £17 and £9.50 so really pleased. Plus another £20 from DD's group. Feeling much more confident now and looking forward to recanvassing some more territory next brochure. Also considering that I may have missed a trick by not brochure dropping to those who have ignored the tick box. Food for thought... I don't really want to upset anyone. Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

Had a customer ask me yesterday about the new Jillian Dempsey professional brow styler. She usually uses the glimmersticks brow pencil, and was wondering if the Jillian Dempsey one was any good at keeping brows in place.
She is also pondering the colour, as she uses a light brown at the moment, and the fair looks very light??
Anybody any experience?0 -
Sorry, no idea with brow stylers. I would suggest ordering them and letting her try them. She's got 90 days after all. She could try more than one shade to get it right. Just return what she doesn't want.Still looking for the plot...... Anyone seen it???0

I've just applied this afternoon to be a rep.
I have been bankrupt in the past so I don't know whether they'll have me but worth a try. Anyone else in the same boat been successful?
Also do representatives pay for the delivery of the customers orders?0 -

You should be fine, they are more checking you don't owe them from the past. You deliver the customer orders yourselfStill looking for the plot...... Anyone seen it???0 -

Thanks
I meant do I pay for the delivery to my house, which I then deliver myself. My sister used to have to pay for delivery to her home when she worked for the body shop. Just wondered if I'd be paying for the big box to be dropped at my door.0
