I created a customer account to see what happened and I was on the first page of search results, but the results aren't in an order (e.g. closest first) so you could choose a rep and find they're 5 miles away, but there could be someone else around the corner.

You get a selection of good quality Reps to choose from, the nearest one isn't necessarily the best of course, so it's left up to the customer to decide.

Can we return stuff that's been bought as part of a pack? As in not returning everything just the one item?

I've been checking through my stuff and have way to much stuff here - so say I bought a shampoo, conditioner and brush using one code and all five for £x can I just return the brush? I've got tons of stuff I've bought this way so was just wondering?

I drive a Subaru Impreza Wagon. So yes a bit of a boy racer car but I have 10 years no claim!!!!! Last years renewal was £650 so the insurance has doubled.

Same happened to us - more than doubled when I called Natwest the customer service man couldn't understand why transferred me to the underwriters who said "everybody's has doubled due to all the insurance claims last year" I said you are joking we have 8 years no claims etc, he said "everybody has to pay more". Not me, I went straight online and bought cover with AXA for £560 less!

Good luck finding a cheaper quote

Just delivered my orders...a new customer tried to deliver, 1st time 2 teenagers at the front smoking, asked if Mum was home, "yes will go get her" 10 seconds later reappeared saying "oh she's in the shower", said I'd stop by after 6pm, went back, lights on, dogs barking, no answer, even saw a person walk past the door as I wrote a calling card out saying i will call again tomorrow...thankfully its only a small order

All my brochures are ready for delivery tomorrow, collection on Thursday am reallly going for it this month, been a productive weekend even got some stuff listed on ebay and earnt a couple of quid filling surveys online! America here we come

you can, but you will only be refunded the cost on the invoice electronically.

ie, avon may calculate the price to be 89p for the brush, £1.02 for the shampoo, 88p for the conditioner, etc.

Or it may have divided all the items by £5 and calculated it that way. So yes, you can return but don't expect the return value to very high.

I did this with the baskets at xmas and there were some odd prices!

Is it common to have items missing from your delivery? I've only had 2 deliveries to date, both have had 3 items missing!
