I drive a Subaru Impreza Wagon. So yes a bit of a boy racer car but I have 10 years no claim!!!!! Last years renewal was £650 so the insurance has doubled.

We've only ever taken up our renewal price once & that was last year. Every other year we've had to change insurance providers as the renewal price has been ridiculously high xxx

I always shop around but the prices aren't going below £1000. Not good

does anyone know if you can order from the HT previous to the campaign we are using. to clarify, i would like to order from HT8 but not sure if we are allowed.

You can backorder anything except clearance from HT xx

How to do make yourself visible to customers on the website? when I first joined up there was this thing that you could set your account so custmers could find you and then order through you online? sure I wasn't dreaming this... however you had to have done a minimum number of camps before you could sign up for it. I cannot seem to find it on their website.

When you log into your rep site go to "my details" in the top right corner. Then click on the "preferences" tab to opt-in to receive leads.

Then we either get e-mails direct from Avon or customers connect to us on Connects. I've seen the odd post saying a lead has come through, but customers are also posting saying they've tried to connect to a rep and got no reply and having to start a discussion thread to get a local rep.

I created a customer account to see what happened and I was on the first page of search results, but the results aren't in an order (e.g. closest first) so you could choose a rep and find they're 5 miles away, but there could be someone else around the corner. Plus I think I was on the first page because there aren't many reps in my area.

Worth signing up just in case but I don't hold out much hope.

grrrrr, there is a new rep in the next town to where I live, AND she has a similar name to me! Anyway she was canvassing the road that I have already tried to canvass looking for new reps and was told there was a rep already living on there. She went to my friend's house who lives on that road. Cow bought something from her for £4, as she "felt guilty and the rep with a name similiar to mine, kept hounding her on the doorstep about avon and how good it was." So I said why didn't you tell her you already had a rep! me! and she said I did, but she just kept going on. grrrrr :mad: friend never buys from me anymore as never has any money! grrr some friend!

and I have a customer on that road.... grrr, hope she hasn't turned her! grrrrr
