I'm really hoping my item i put in for "imediate replacement be here in the next couple of days, cos my customer will be wondering where it is! I put the request in a week ago now

I wouldn't say it is common but yes there are times things will be missing from your delivery or you get extra items you may not have requested.

I've had stuff missing loads of times, but never received anything extra

Hi all, just more queries lol! all this talk of noughts and crosses and yellow dots is worrying me a little as I haven't submitted my campaign 6 order yet as I have more books to collect today. Are lots of things out of stock? Is that normal and does it happen a lot? I think only 3 or 4 people have ordered from the clearance brochure but I don't fancy having to explain that I couldn't get their things on my very first campaign....

Don't worry too much about the yellow dots - that just means stocks running low but from what I can gather Avon get more stock daily so it's always changing. Red crosses are unlikely to turn up - but if you do have any leave them on your order, you never know! I didn't realise this when I first started and always removed them if there was a red cross.

My order goes in tonight and it's the wait between submitting and being able to see invoice I don't like - just wish we could know sooner what is/isn't coming.

I've done really well this campaign though - put a bit more effort in and it really does show!

Morning all, Well it afternoon just notice.

This weekend got rid of my ebay stuff and Now my new avon office is now open!!! LOL Thank I have bout £500 of orders with a few books need back.
Was looking in the HT10 and fallen in love with the storm bag and purse which I am gonna order as a treat plus my birthday at the end off the month.
Really looking forward to the Avon world tour 29th. Im getting coach from Ipswich.

I got an extra item in my delivery this week! and once I got 10 nail varnishes I most definitely did not request!

I use to get some extra's but not recently lol.

Have got 6 orders from the new road I have been canvessing. Dont think thats too bad. Orders upto £260 so far with a few to pick up tonight and tomo.

I occasionally get extras, not this order however, I was missing 31 items and I'm currently awaiting my immediate replacement!

I have not had any extras for ages! Although a couple of campaigns ago I had 7 items charged for but missing from box grr. My highest order was £27, and £23 of it was missing!! Thankfully (well sort of) I was ill and couldn't deliver until the following week, and my immediate replacements had turned up by then.

Whoever ended up with those 7 items got a bumper bonus - 3 of them were Anew!!
