My SL showed me this leaflet and said "well you probably won't be interested" so I never got it! I think it was cos I said I just wanted to earn a few extra quid so she took everything to mean that I wasn't really interested.

I must admit that I recommend to my reps that they don't get it. I never used mine until I was an SL. I also qualified for the Demo bag after the first 6 camps so got that one too, and now I have an SL one on the way!!! Talk about bag overload!!! I bought a funky postbag type satchel on ebay when I started as a rep for about 99p and am still using it now for delivering my brochures :o

I've just put my books out with DD. I've kept it simple - only putting out to those I did last time. I have a uni assignment due and I can't afford to be canvassing/chasing up a week before the deadline. I'm already a week behind:eek:

My brain must be going though, I've come home with 7 books from houses I don't put out to as they're "To let" :o No idea why I prep'ed those books at all :rotfl:

ETA: Apparently, after logging into my rep account, I have now "achieved the criteria" for the world tour as well after previously registering my interest....news to me lol

Yes, see your point. I was also given the option but didn't bother when I signed up so - can't really remember now but assume it wasn't recommended to me. Was really surprised when I actually saw one and my newbie, who did buy it, was really chuffed with it....

Congrats on going SL, SG; got to admit the SL bag's not as good as the Demo bag but it is useful for putting SL pack sizes of books in so guess they all have their uses. Used to also take my vanity bag when I did sign up's too i.e. full of demo products to show newbies but have now come to think that's deffo 'bag overload'! :rotfl:

    Hi ellie

go to your avon account. click on My orders, on the bottom right hand you will see replacements and credits.

For the credits click on credits, it shows your last campaign invoices. Select the one for your eyeliners. Scroll down the list until you see them, Then add quantity and reason code, they have the list at the top. Then update, then submit. They will credit your account with YOUR COST for the eyeliners. Keep a note of this.

Then go to replacements, do the same again, select the invoice for the foundation, find the foundation, and put in the original code, the type in the code of the replacement foundation you want, update, submit.

They will send it either with your next order, or through the post. If your next order is due soon, they will send it with that.

When your next delivery is due, you need to pack up the liquid eyeliners, and print the returns form from your account, under tracking. And put Avon's copy in with your eyeliners, keep your copy and ask the courier to sign it. you can return the eyeliners in just an envelope. As long as there is a barcode on the front of the envelope and the avon return inside, it doesn't matter.
