It was only brand new people in C15-18 who could get the extra goodies unfortunately, not existing reps. They did extend it into some of this year, I think till the end of C4 perhaps, might have been C3. But yeah, unfortunately it was only for new reps, otherwise we would have all got some freebies which would have been nice!

Keep an eye out for it in HT clearance (customers love it if you remember a few weeks/months later that they asked for something but you couldn't get it at that time) but could be that the one she wants has been discontinued - worth asking if she'd like to try either/both of the ones currently available.

Thanks, I got myself the multistylo and I'm not too sure about it tbh. I will keep a look out in HT, another customer asked about a product too and I have said if I find it will I order it.

do they send you weekly emails and newsletters and reminders you need to put your order in? then it is usually an AsM. Some put it in their signature what their job role is , ie Sales Leader or Area Sales Manager.

Or you could just be direct and ask them.

Have a look on your application form - your immediate upliner's name, account no. and postcode will be in the top portion. They should also have signed the form at the bottom.

Just got my delivery and am still trudging through it but got to admit am a little disappointed that they've changed the bottle of the Pillow Mist. I ordered the Pamper Pack - 4 items for £5 - but the Pillow Mist is in the plastic bottle i.e. like the room & linen sprays. Bit of a downgrade in my opinion; the metallic bottle and box did seem to add prestige. Am wondering if this is going to be the norm now or just for this special offer. Anyone else ordered/received any recently?

Think my area must be different..... I very rarely send my team reminders about their orders being due but the ASM does!

Thank you! Just had a look and she is ASM. Am a bit miffed she never offered that at the start as I would have taken it. If you ask her stuff she is ok, but doesn't really volunteer information readily, I find.

How are we all doing with C6? It's been my best for big orders so far. Have sailed over HoV with the first 3 orders I had! Loving it!
