Quite often I'll end up with a few returns forms in the same box, as does MIL. we end up with the odd item being recharged - but even when say you have a list of 10 items, all received ok apart from one - when you know the box was properly sealed....I think the returns people just end up rushing. Emailing via the contact us bit with the barcode number you returned saying you did return the item usually means they'll then automatically re-credit you.

Have updated the first post with the C10 link - theres some lovely bits in there - I can see the new cherry blossom naturals range being popular. I like how the pages are more clearly laid out and un-cluttered, I think sometimes they cram too much onto a page which makes it harder to for items to catch your eye.

Yeah more for just paperwork, you can't fit a decent amount of brochures in, you'd be constantly going back to your car to refill!

When I did territory I took about 50 books out at a time, about 25 in the rep bag & 25 in a Bag for Life so they do hold quite a few as long as you pack it wisely xx

don't want that happening! I have a trolley I use when I'm doing a big drop, ,it folds up completely flat (it's plastic) and I find it really handy - though wouldn't be easy when pushing a buggy as well.

I'd suggest maybe just getting a cheap bag that goes over your shoulder if you find the rep bag isn't big enough (you can try it and return it of course!) - I have an old bag from when I was at uni, and can fit loads of books really easily it, just shove them in, don't need to pack them neatly.

Hi everyone, on my 4th camp now and already £20 under HOV for this camp and thats just on exsisting customers!
Now a customer called me last night and asked about an eyeshadow she got last time which she loved. It was Arabian Glow, natural shimmer, I couldn't see it in any of the books I currently have but wondered if I could back order it at all?

  • Thanks alot girls re bags for books, I've been using bag for life kind of things at the moment, usually taking out about 30 at a time! I was just thinking the rep bag might look a bit more professional. And at least something that says what I'm doing!
  • Unfortunately he has tipped up a couple of times, and strangely he loves it lol can't say it did my shopping any good though!

Quick query - I have a customer who only ordered the "Free spirit Necklace Luck" and its out of stock. The invoice says it'll be delivered when next available. How should I deal with this? :( Its a new customer as well. :(

Luckily almost everything else seems to be in order. I think, although I'm curious to know why I've got a nail varnish on my invoice which I can't seem to find an order for..then again I might have missed it. I think I'll have to have DD helping me tomorrow night to sort these orders out :o

If you're sure the nail polish isn't for anyone I think there's a code to say "not ordered, but invoiced and charged" when you do credits.

Re-charges - someone on Connects pointed out that if you do the credits shortly after delivery they'll be sitting around for 3 weeks, eating into the time you have to return them. The half of the box that was re-charged was the earlier bit.

Luck necklace - I'm also waiting on one (CO - not for a customer). If you have their details, ring them to explain - if that's all you're delivering. Otherwise I explain at the door that it's oos but is still on order and they don't have to do anything. And they're only paying for the items they're getting now. And the price is the same even if they see it's more expensive in the next brochure.

I was looking through brochures last night and noticed the Luck necklace looks different in C6 - no pink stones. It might just be a photo of the back of the necklace, but you think they'd notice?
I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for. :( I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.
