Just pop them into a seperate bag as they do tend to 'clunk' about. I actually haev two pairs, and do the whole 'one on one int he wash thing' but that must be beacuse I ma completely paranoid about haveing smelly slippers!
Have been dong a few events recently, coffee mornings and the like and have my first proper party tonight - hope it goes well as I have put a lot of effort into it. Also have a school fashion show coming up in the next week and hoping it may the chance to pick up some new customers and potential new reps as it is not my DDs school. Wish me luck!0 -
I'm thinking of doing some parties after I've finished canvasing my teritory and worked out what houses want books. I thought it was a bit scary though and didn't know where to startSealed pot challenge 18750

Well, I would wait tbh. Order doesn't have to be submitted til 10pm does it. So just leave it until you really need to do it, if she is too late then, tell her you will put it through next time for her. You have given her a fair number of chances then, and you don't want to lose the potential customer do you?
I agree, I waited and no order came thru, now feel a bit awkward about knocking a third time for the book...what should I do? don't want her to feel I'm harrassing her0 -
hello all my other half has just started avon and is now on her 3rd campaign 1st campaign was rubbish about 3 orders out of 160 houses so i decided to do some research and decided to share with you wot i found out
the book on this link is about avon bubble bath and the famous skin so soft bath oil
hxxp://en.calameo.com/read/0000488578d5dcc22ae0f
i printed off the 3 pages of the skin so soft hints n tips and put them in with the brochures and when we collected all our books we had 35 orders for the miracle skin so soft.
i was reading this thread and found out you can back order and guess wot?? the skin so soft was only £2.50 and in book 5 it was full price at £5.10 so the other half made a nice little earner on that one
best book mark that link and see if they reduce the skin so soft and then wait a campaign the send out flyers and make a killing campaign 8 shes gonna do the bubble bath flyer lol
I couldn't open the link0 -
:rotfl: Which is exactly why I don't want to be a member of any club which would have me as a member
I entirely agree - so many pensioners are miserable and can talk about nothing but how dreadful the world is today (oh, & their aches, pains, and operations )
Having said that though, I too had some lovely pensioners on my area, but unfortunately they're in the minority it seems!
...and just in case anyone thinks I'm being ageist, I'm 67
She doesn't look it though! :kisses3: I'm hoping I've inherited the genes!
C6 is looking surprisingly promising at the moment. I'm at just under £100 at the moment with nothing back yet from any of the regulars (they only got their books on Tuesday / wednesday with the orders). I've had two "occasionals" order, plus another two new customers - both from houses where I wouldn't have expected orders! It seems a lot of people on Connects are finding this one pretty good as well so fingers crossed for it to continue that way for all of us.
Oh - I also have (fingers crossed) found a lucrative bit of CO this time:
Customer orders Clinical Eye Lift from C6 @ £13
I order it from C5 - @ £10
Then spot the "Clinical Beauty Treats" Set in C6 Clearance for £10 - the full size eye lift, plus a full size mascara & trial size luminosity cream
THEN with a bit more digging I find the "Clinical Beauty bonus" in HT - a SSS Airbrush spray, a trial size Derma-full and a trial size Thermafirm, plus what looks very much like a full size eye cream! - £4.00!!! Assuming it comes OK, I will hang onto the Airbrush as a freebie, and pass on the two trial size products to my customer as an extra for her to try - might encourage her to buy more Anew!
Newbies - always remember if you have a customer order an Anew eye cream when there are not associated freebies attached to check out clearance for the bonus sets - there's nearly always one or more in there, and more often than not they feature a full size eye cream!🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

But keep an eye on the brochures as they're bringing out a new version soon so will be tricky to shift the old ones in their placePlease do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

that's because they put xx in place of the tt
you can google it. although I am not sure about using it to clean your oven, cooker, etc
On page 1 of this forum, is a link to the original 101 uses of SS spray.
My ASM told me about cleaning the kitchen with it - I guess its a bit like Stardrops when you think about it - I might try it in the washing machine tho! She also said it leaves everything gleaming0 -
Do you order these when you order your brochures? I didn't know about it until i collected my catalogues and a "potential" customer gave me two books, one mine in my avon bag and one with no Rep's name/number but the clearance book enclosed0
