IF, however, it's showing in your online order (check under 'Track My Orders') then it looks like it's Avon's fault - call them and let them know that you are entitled to your commission.
Having said that, have just reread your post - when you say you thought you'd reached MOV "in both camps" - you ARE just inputting one order per campaign I hope i.e. in campaign 6 you order from both C6 and C5 - you don't input two separate orders. Hope that makes sense, if not, just ask.
No it wasn't out of stock when I ordered, that and a few items had a low stock but the other items came. I have emailed them but have heard nothing back.
Yeah it was one order with orders from C4 and C5 but cos of the super starter I thought I would get some goodies.Squirrelling away in September No 33It's not about the money, it's about financial freedom, being in control of it and living in the natural world and not a material world0 -
Recanvased half my territory....got 2 new customers, yay! bUT why is it always the new customers that incorrectly read the book???????? her order comes to exactly £10, and underneath she has put the code for the 'free' bag...grrrr, it isn't a free bag, the bag is the £10 when you spend over £10 one!!! so my question is how do you handlethiskind of circumstance?
last time I had this was with a new customer and the digital scales.... In the end she brought everything quite happily but I waited until I delivered her order to correct her..... Not really sure that was the right approach!! so Do I order the bag an then explain to. The lady that actually it is £10, or contact her before hand and risk her cancelling her order because really she only wanted the 'free' bag? thanks peeps!!
I had this too but was with a regular customer (although was exacerbated because she's just lost her job). I went back and showed her the relevant page in the book - I didn't like the bag anyway so suggested she not bother. Luckily to 'qualify' for the offer she'd ordered some perfume, which I'd got on a Money Maker so I'm letting her have that slightly cheaper than book price.
The scales offer was slightly different; I let people have them whether they qualified or not (was quite happy to put the talc and nail varnishes into my bargain box).
Hope that helps - good luck.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Your order is combined/classed as one - you don't have to reach MOV/HOV in both parts of your order.
As for the SmartStart scheme, you don't receive your freebies with your 5th order because it's linked to your 6th order; you have to reach £148+/HOV in both your 5th and 6th orders to get the vanity bag and samples. Good luck; it's well worth putting the extra effort in for that part of the scheme. :TMake the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

My new customer is turning into a headache
She wanted 3 bottles of the moisturiser that keeps the insects away, but was convinced it is sss moisturiser... explained about dry oil spray etc and offered to order both, so she could return whichever didn't suit. She seemed happy, now it's delivery time she says she only ordered one bottle, so wants one of each  She is behaving like she has no idea why I would have got 3 of the one she originally asked for, even though I have her email asking for them!!!! Think this goes back to the pensioner posts
!!!
Feel better for venting! Especially as I have to go several miles out of my way to deliver now as she hasn't been in when I have gone that way.
Does anyone know if you can wash the toning slippers or not? Mine could really do with it, but not sure what the outcome will be!
Still looking for the plot...... Anyone seen it???0 -

(snip)
You sure Avon perfume covers 'ciggy smelling books'? (Anything that remotely smells of cigarettes I put straight into the bin - recycling, of course! LOL)
As a non-smoker/pet owner I pick up every smell on the books
I only spray the ones that smell slightly of ciggys after I've aired them and I spray them wellI was given an Avon bodyspray/perfume set for Xmas and had a contact allergy reaction to it after using it for about a week. So I'm using that as I'd half used the bodysprays and some of the perfume
Of the last lot I collected in, I've had to throw 4 books due to the smell of ciggy's that hasn't faded despite airing, along with the bags, forms, ring sizers, flyers. I'd never put one out I wasn't happy with receiving myselfCreeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -

:rotfl: B*** customers eh? Who needs them - oops we do unfortunately (or did, in my case) Some can be a real pain but all you can do is grit your teeth and try to smile. A rant on here always helps
At the risk of being a boring old *** I can't say it often enough - don't give up on customers just because they haven't ordered in a few campaigns. Three years down the line I was still getting first orders from people I'd delivered books to for 50+ campaigns. It takes longer to sink in for some people it seemsor maybe their circumstances just change.

I'd offer to keep them for her until she can afford them, then I probably would carry on giving her books - but she would be on her last chance0 -
Think I will keep giving her the books as she always pay before and everyone does have hard times and has told me and not been the type to not answer the door and you know there in and told you come back a day best for them.
Having a rubbish day with avon I cant find my address book with house i need to recanvas :O(0
