If someone really didn't want an Avon book why take the time to cut out the words "DON'T" and "WANT" from a paper to put them with the book? weird behaviour.

ROFL :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: sorry but this did make me laugh out loud. some people's behaviour is soooo bizarre. you've just got to laugh and not let it put you off. :D

have my books ready to recanvass my next 3 roads. i have also set up my spreadsheet with my houses separated into 5 lists - 1.Regular orders, 2.Occasional orders and requests for books (if they have ticked box asking for a book), 3.No box ticked (for houses that dont say they DO want a book but dont say they DONT want a book), 4.No Book requests (for those who tick 'no book please' box), and 5.No Returners (who never leave the book out even when i return next day). This way i can promote/demote houses depending on their habits, and i can also ensure that i dont drop a book at someone's house who has requested not to have one. Lists 1 & 2 get their books first (which is a mixture of f&f and territory). Then when they are returned list 3 gets books. The last two lists 4 & 5, will be recanvassed about every 6months. This means i get full use of my books within the 3weeks.

Am a little gutted that quite a few of my regulars haven't ordered this time. A couple have said they received a lot of cosmetics for xmas but will order next time. So i am hanging on picking up some new customers. I have even looked through HT and cant find anything i want, and i am trying to do the No Toiletries challenge so i really shouldnt order anything myself. oohhhh i'll let you know how my next 3 roads go. :)

yes dead easy. comes with an applicator that you also use to remove cream afterwards.

Has anyone ordered the Far Away Gift Set from the HT sale? One of my customers has ordered the Far Away Eau de Parfume Spray for £6.50 from camp 6. I was just wondering if the spray comes in a separate box in the gift set?...so I could order that for £6 instead and keep the rest.:)

Yes it comes boxed in the gift box, exactly the same as buying it separate. I did this when they were in the brochure before xmas x

cheers but i was like £40 odd short after inc stuff from ht etc as well and didn't want that many returns first order

Yes, totally agree... It's only worth doing if you're a bit closer to HOV. Well done for doing so well in such a short time.

Never opened one but glad Melvis has! (Thanks, M.) The gift box is coming up soon again @ £8 so another option would be to buy the gift box and offer it @ £8 (as I did last campaign to a new customer) or even £7.50 as a 'special price' - customers love being offered special deals.... ;)

As ever, the choice is up to you. :T
