Laura, someone mentioned before about if they are small orders you can offer them a free pen (at 5 for £1 its only 20p each then!) For the 2 new people that ordered with me this time, they got a pen lolI thought about that but I was worried it would cost me a fortune because people would place small orders for the free gift and then when I got the gift it would cost more than my commition was0

Hi I need a bit of advice if you don't mind. I ordered the wrong books in my normal order so I've placed an additional one for the books that I need. Do I need to have paid for my main order before they will send the additional one? And how long roughly do additional orders take to be delivered. Thanks
I don't know about payment needing to have been clearer for additional orders... BUT it usually takes about a week for any additional orders to arrivePersonally I'd call your SL and ask them if they have some books spare next time - or even your ASM. I've lent books to people when I had a glut and they were out for whatever reason
So even other reps might lend you a stack if they have more than they need for whatever reason

For this campaign i'm offering a free gift for orders of £15 or more. should be interesting to see if anyone does spend that little bit to get a "free gift" most people on my rounds usually spend about £100

Well I'm just waiting for some more territory lol spoke to my ASM yesterday and put my beady little eye on a village over from us... There IS a rep but they only place a small order every second campaign so she's going to contact them and pretty much ask for a customer list, find out where they are so I can avoid her "regulars" and then whether she likes it or not I can go canvass that area... whoop!DFW Nerd #025DFW no more! Laura - I've managed to amass quite a few different bits and pieces so the free gift will be whatever is in my magic box lol. (And I get rid of some of the Avon stuff that is hanging about)0

I'm doing this too, have seen a few items that could be the free gift so that made my decision.Squirrelling away in September No 33It's not about the money, it's about financial freedom, being in control of it and living in the natural world and not a material world0 -
Have also been given some more territory too, i heard back from the Acting ASM The houses are quite big detatched houses PLS OH PLEASE let them be avon customers with big wallets pmsl
on the subject of canvassing these houses, do you think i could offer a free gift for every order, or the same as my other customers a free gift for a £15 spend! (bearing in mind) i'm going to use my C4 books.0 -

Difficult to know who knows who so I tend to keep my offers the same on each book i.e. so my back customers get the offer the next time. Certainly wouldn't increase the qualifying order value just because they're bigger houses but others may disagree.... Could prove interesting.
Good luck with your big houses but you may be surprised.... In my experience it's the smaller houses e.g. Council houses, that give you the biggest orders. Sometimes the bigger houses feel Avon is 'beneath' them.
Let us know how you get on; fingers crossed you get lucky.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Afternoon ladies... my Avon order arrived today and only one item was missing, which was out of stock - woo hoo!! After the missing 26 last time I'm quite relieved everything is here although I've made a boo boo.
I missed off ordering a skin so soft, soft and sensual dry oil body spray @ £2.50 (C4) for a customer who has recommended her friend (its for the friend - doh!)I thought I'd order the 4 for £5 offer on the skin so soft range in C5 but obviously didn't - doh!
Question is can I do an additional order which I know will cost me £2.50 but at least I keep the customer happy or am I just honest and say I missed it off and order her one next time or put in some samples / freebie for the mistake. Trouble is it will be a few weeks before I put another full order in as I'm only putting in a small order next campaign due to other commitments.
Any advice ladies??
thanks0
