Well my first delivery has arrived, and its only missing two items both of which are for me so I don't mind too much. Did pose a bit of a panic though as one of them is my "level 2" achievement which is exactly the same item as a customers order. When I checked the invoice online last night I just went to the "out of stock" part and spotted that it wasn't coming but didn't think to check in the actual listing whether it was there
I've learnt my lesson, I won't be doing that again:rotfl:
I've also started a stash and got a couple of bits for my daughters birthday from clearance. She'll be sick of Avon by then :rotfl::rotfl:
Tomorrow I have to prep books, I have 40 C6 and I have no idea how many C5 to do. On the plus side I already have 2 orders from work, one of whom is trying some samples I've given her before she decides to order any anew stuff. Thank you Johanne for the samples:T:T
Now I need to clear my dining table of paperwork, catalogues and try to be in bed before 12.30...I was going to say midnight but this laptop takes ages to shut down & I can't get everything done in 2 minutes :rotfl::rotfl:Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -
I have until tomorrow to place my first order, and I can't get anyone else to help me.
I am confused as to why a lot of the prices are wrong when I enter them in. Most things are on sale or Buy One Get One Half Off, but they're showing their regular price.
I am scared to submit the order like that if the prices are wrong.
Are those just the prices that I am being credited for maybe?0 -
MarsdenCuckoo wrote: »'Thanks' again, EL, for your input. Am slow on the uptake sometimes but am beginning to cotton on to a pattern here..... You against Avon/me/this thread? Don't get me wrong, really do appreciate any/all advice to keeping us on the 'straight and narrow' but - forgive me - your posts are coming across with a totally different feeling to, say, !!!!!!'s i.e. he offers friendly, unbiased advice (as do the rest of us on this thread) but - and again, sorry, if am reading this wrong - I 'almost' feel threatened by the tone of your posts. If there's a reason for that i.e. I've offended you in some way, then please let me know. To be honest, you give me the feeling that I've got a terrier snapping at my heels for some reason... Don't mean to be disingenuous but we're all just on here trying to help new Avon reps, who haven't had the advantage of a good upline support system.
We're trying to help each other; your recent posts just make me wonder.....
Have to say MC I was thinking the same thing about the 'tone' of the posts0 -
I thought the same a well MC!! Good post!
Susan, that isn't good that is how you are feeling, chase the person who signed you as they will be able to look at your order from there end and then they can give you advice, otherwise, check your codes and make sure you are ordering from the right campaign. Maybe if you give me an example of a code that is wrong I could help a bit more.......Life is a work in progress0 -
MC, some people are just jobsworths and dont like people for the achievement they have! (ie jealous)0

Yay, been waiting for that for ages!!!!! Thanks:heart: I have this theory that chocolate slows down the ageing process.... It may not be true, but do I dare take the chance?0 -

Thanks, NB, and everyone else, who has posted in support of my comments to EL. See EL has actually thanked me for my post but would be interesting to get a reply.
On another note, just received my Avon delivery and don't know if this is going to prove 'the norm' or not but my demo pair of black 7/8 flipflops will have to go back - they're actually smaller than my white 6/7's! What a disappointment! Come on Avon, get the sizes right.....:mad:Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)
