Hey MC, thanks for your reply. Nope it's not that one, it was last in C18 (pg89) I think, it was a tall cylindrical one. It is the AUX wire she needs that attached the mp3 player to it. Am tempted to give her a discount from my own pocket as she is a good customer. x

Hi. Hmm... So it doesn't come with the cable at all or is it just missing? If the latter, order an immediate replacement and then just return the bit you don't need. If the former, then good on you - that's going an extra TWO miles in my book! :rotfl:

No, it should come with the Aux wire, it says it in the description

AUX cable included for MP3 player.

request an immediate replacement for the whole item Sylvergrunge, and hope the next one comes with the AUX cable.

I emailed Avon about someone placing small orders on my account, and got the reply that no small order had been placed on my account.... even though I had clearly seen it! then got email from new ASM saying to let her know if not placing order, etc, etc.

I quite like reading the bull she gives me, as I know more than her about what I need to order to keep my account active!

Can't be bothered with it all, so now am deleting e-mails and texts from ASM and not bothering to reply. Waste of my time. I know what I am doing, and I know she is trying to qualify for her bonus, hence pressure, pressure...

Yes, I realised it was to do with targets/bonuses. I received all the 'make sure your team put orders in or else....' emails too. Also got one forwarded by ASM (originated from the DSM), which still included the DSM's comments (highlighted in red CAPITAL LETTERS that the comments should be deleted before sending to SLs) giving details of 'the prize' - doh! :cool: T'd me off too, so I sent the email back to the DSM but never even got an acknowledgement....:mad:

Really wish Avon would realise how demoralising it is to have such 'carp' management structures (to use the term loosely :rotfl:) in place.

yes, this is why I get disillusioned with Avon and have now decided not to bother doing it full time, will carry on plodding along as I have been, and just keep trying to make money through other jobs, ie MS, surveys, etc.

problem is like now I am up very late, and don't want to be.

I did have a rant about Avon to my SL, and surprise, surprise didn't get a reply. My DH said to me it is like pyramid selling, and in a way he is right, except everyone does get paid.

Hi, just looked and can't see mesmerize in brochure 4. If you contact Avon and ask them I find I usually get a reply in a few days. It may just be it was one of the products they leave out for a while to fit xmas and sale stuff in. hth

Can I ask if anyone had sucess doing a Christmas fair/fete?

I did one this christmas and it was not good although the whole fair wasn't as busy as usual due to another on the same night. Anyway the thing is to do it I like to buy some cheap bits through the year from clearance and then some on normal order. The table is going to cost me £15 this year and just not sure what to do. Don't want to end up out of pocket.
Any sucess stories out there and if so can I be cheeky and ask what sold well. Thanks

Hi All,

I also got an email from my ASM about putting orders in on time but to be fair, she done it in a very good way by saying that if all orders go in on time then she will put your name into a draw to win a prize from her.

If I was an ASM I would be asking for everyone to put orders in on time too, although I think its very very underhand for ASM to placing orders in your account without permission! I wouldnt be happy at that!!
