Hi all

My ASM quit Avon before Christmas & I was just wondering if there's anyway I can check if I have a new ASM yet or if I'm all alone in the world of Avon? :rotfl::rotfl: xx

ASM and SL are not allowed to put orders in your account, without your permission, it is fraud.

I understand that ASMs want their bonuses, etc and obviously want everyone's orders in on time, but to put a small order through your account to make sure they qualify for their bonus.....

Melvis, when you get allocated a new ASM, they will email you tell you they are your new ASM. That's what mine did.

Hi All, hope the New Yr is treating you well. I have just been going through my paper work and noticed that I should have received organiser and pen set, and I think samples after 4th campaign over HOV. I didn't get it and the next one I submit is my sixth campaign. Anyone know why this would be? Will email SL to enquire I think. I know it's not much but we don't get a huge amount from them so would like to make the most of it while I can!! Also thinking organiser would actually be rather useful!
Anyone got any good sales tips / ideas for C3? Got a week and a bit til it goes in. 2 weeks is rubbish, especially as people aren't inclined to order straight away after placing C2, and a lot of mine like to order last minute, if that makes sense(?!)

Sometimes theres a glitch in the system and for some reason it doesn't register that you're new/qualified for the samples. ask your SL to email avon on your behalf (I emailed the sales leader team, and they directed it to the correct department for me) and they should sort it out, I've had to do that in the past for a rep.

I did that when I had a customer desperate for a certain product; just got a standard reply along the lines of 'It's not in our current range' and then whoopeedoo it appeared in the next campaign! Left hand and right hand come to mind!:rotfl:

As for Mesmerise, it's not in C5 either - maybe if we have some trendsetters on here they may know? I haven't noticed it in Clearance so pretty sure it'll be back sometime.

Why not email your SL/immediate upliner and/or Avon?

I'm not a trendsetter but I do know Mesmerise body spray etc. is no longer available. The only one left now is the aftershave and I think that will go later:( Shame really, because it is a really popular fragrance - and my hubby's favourite:(

Avon seem to be taking out a lot of new fragrances (both for men and women) but I can't see their reasoning in discontinuing popular products. Very shortsighted imho.

Yes, totally agree; they shouldn't but it's happened quite a few times to various members on my team recently. In two cases it's kept their accounts open too i.e. rather than closing them as they wanted. Did 'register an official complaint' to Avon about it and guess what I got..... an email saying that they'd passed the information to the Manager, who would sort it! Yeah, right.... Have reminded the ASM that the goods need uplifting (rep told me she hasn't the time or the money to return the goods; she didn't order them so I can see her point... ) but two campaigns later it still hasn't happened. Am now waiting to see if the rep falls away from my team as a Debt Address! :mad:

Maybe it's so they can bring them back again 'by popular request' i.e. like they did recently with Musk?
